Business Analyst – Job Description

1.    Requirement gathering, Development, Requirement Analysis and documentation, Requirement communication, Requirement management and Testing. Work closely with the Business teams in gathering requirements, and getting it implemented in the system.

2.    Designing and developing functional test cases, impact analysis, system integration testing and regression testing. Conducting UAT and documentation of test cases.

3.    Support and assists with end user training and coordinates the implementation of these services for the Business.

4.    Based on Testing Feedback from Business Users, plan go live dates for the developments.

5.    Work with various user and support teams to manage technical/operational issues.

6.    Raise the bugs and CRs to tech team and track till closure.

7.    Produce periodic and ad-hoc reports for all stakeholders including leadership to monitor and ensure that projects comply with the governance framework.

8.    Work closely with the vendor in getting the development completed on time and ensure adherence to quality standards.

9.    Ability to multitask and work in a high pressure environment.

10.  Excellent analytical, communication, presentation & interpersonal skills.

11.  Ability to resolve customer/business issues and run the application management activities.

12.  Willingness to go the extra mile to resolve customer/technical issues.

6-9 years’ work experience performing relevant engineering job functions preferably in the eCommerce space. ● 6+ years of Salesforce development experience with mastery of Apex programming, JavaScript, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs. ● Proficient in the Salesforce platform, with substantial experience across a variety of Salesforce products, including OMS, OCI, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Mulesoft. ● Understanding of data and system integration tools, methods and platforms ● Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Java/Kotlin, Spring, Kafka, SQL, GitHub, CI/CD, Eclipse IDEs, and JavaScript/HTML/CSS is a plus. ● Exceptional problem solving and troubleshooting abilities. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders. ● Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment. ● Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Senior AI Engineer with a strong background in Generative AI, including LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering. This role requires hands-on expertise across NLP, Computer Vision, and AI agent-based systems, with the ability to build, deploy, and optimize scalable AI solutions using modern tools and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, fine-tune, and deploy generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, etc.) for real-world applications.
• Develop and maintain prompt engineering workflows, including prompt chaining, optimization, and evaluation for consistent output quality.
• Build NLP solutions for Q&A, summarization, information extraction, text classification, and more.
• Develop and integrate Computer Vision models for image processing, object detection, OCR, and multimodal tasks.
• Architect and implement AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or custom pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored AI-driven features.
• Optimize models for performance, cost-efficiency, and low latency in production.
• Continuously evaluate new AI research, tools, and frameworks and apply them where relevant.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML solution development.
• Proven expertise in fine-tuning LLMs (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon, GPT-family) using techniques like LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT.
• Deep experience in prompt engineering, including zero-shot, few-shot, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
