### About the Role

We are looking for an **Executive Assistant – Founder’s Office** to support the **Founder, CEO, and Director**.

This is not a conventional Executive Assistant role. It is a high-trust, high-ownership position where you will work closely with senior leadership, manage critical priorities, coordinate across teams, and ensure seamless execution of important business initiatives.

### Key Responsibilities

* Manage and prioritize the Founder’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and schedules.

* Drive end-to-end follow-ups with internal teams and external stakeholders.

* Prepare and maintain MIS reports, trackers, dashboards, and business reports.

* Coordinate cross-functional activities and monitor timelines.

* Draft professional emails, presentations, meeting notes, and business correspondence.

* Handle confidential information with complete discretion and professionalism.

* Support the Founder, CEO, and Director in day-to-day business operations and strategic initiatives.

* Anticipate requirements, proactively resolve bottlenecks, and ensure smooth workflow.

### Candidate Requirements

* Female candidates only.

* 2–3 years of experience as an **Executive Assistant or in a senior management support role**.

* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

* Confident and professional while interacting with CXOs, clients, and senior leadership.

* Strong interpersonal, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

* Advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and MS Office**.

* Tech-savvy with hands-on exposure to AI productivity tools such as **ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Notion AI**, or similar platforms.

* Prior experience supporting a Founder, Director, or C-suite executive will be an added advantage.

* Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, execution-focused, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

1. Scouting for LAP loan leads

2. Collecting documents from customer and submitting it at nearby branch

3. Explaining all Loan related processes and charges to customer

4. Clearly communicating all loan related charges to customers

5. Having Loan case file in proper order

6. Ensuring all communication with customer once documents are received

7. Ensuring all TAT's are followed in moving the loan file forward

8. Providing all necessary customer support

Qualification:12th std pass out

Language: Kannada

Responsibilities:-

• Extensive hands-on experience with frontend technology React Native.
• Build dynamic and reusable components using React Native
• Implement state management for better app performance.
• Use modern JavaScript features for efficient and maintainable code.
• Improve page load times with lazy loading, code splitting, and caching, while ensuring code quality through unit and integration testing.

Requirements:-

• 3-5 years of experience in frontend development working in a fintech industry, with a focus on highly scalable systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience managing teams of engineers and coordinating cross-functional efforts.
• Ability to solve complex problems under pressure, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.

01 You’ll get crude requirements and you translate those documents into understandable user journeys and wireframes, without breaking a sweat.

02 You craft mind-boggling user interfaces that would make even Picasso jealous.

03 You create beautiful lottie animations based on the project's needs.

04 You hand off your designs to the developers perfectly and make sure they don’t hate you.

05 You occasionally conduct user interviews and testing, because we build the products for them.

Personality:

01:- Strong communication skills, because we appreciate a good joke, but we also need you to explain why you chose Comic Sans.

02:- We would like you to be able to work independently, with minimal supervision. We expect you to be Atma-nirbhar.

03:- We expect you to have the ability to charm the client, make the logo bigger, and even make the design a rainbow upon request.

04:- A can-do attitude, with attention to detail and a sense of humor. We like our candidates to be funny and sharp!

Technical:

01:- We know that you are going to apply anyway. But, we prefer 2+ years of UI/UX design experience.

02:- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, and Adobe CC Suite. Also, if you don’t use autolayout, this is where you close this tab.

03:- A portfolio that makes us say, "So beautiful, so elegant, just looking like a wow!"

Position : Senior Java Backend Developer

Job Location: Navi Mumbai / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune

Job Description :

At least 5 years of professional experience in developing backend applications using Java

- Proficiency in using Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, microservices and other modern web technologies

- Experience in working with relational and non-relational databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, Redis etc.

- Exp on Azure Cloud.

- Experience in using DevOps tools such as Docker, Jenkins etc.

- Knowledge of GraphQL and how to use it with Java

- Knowledge of best practices and principles of software engineering such as SOLID, design patterns, code quality, testing etc.

- Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

●MS or BS/B.Tech in computer science or equivalent experience from top college.
