Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management • Serve as the primary liaison for US/UK clients; manage regular status updates, escalation paths, and expectations across stakeholders. • Conduct WSRs, MSRs, and QBRs with clients and internal teams to drive transparency and performance reviews. • Facilitate team meetings, highlight risks or blockers, and ensure consistent stakeholder alignment. Continuous Improvement & Innovation • Participate in and lead at least three internal processes: optimization or innovation initiatives annually. • Work with engineering, analytics, and DevOps teams to improve CI/CD pipelines and data delivery workflows. • Monitor production environments to reduce deployment issues and improve time-to-insight.
