Director: UI & UX Designer

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Apply creativity to come up with innovative solutions for making learning fun
• Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the product and executive teams.
• Develop process flows, wireframes, and mock ups to effectively conceptualize and
• communicate high-level design strategies and detailed interaction models.
• Interact with end-users that is Students, Teachers, Parents and take the right feedback, suggestions which gives the ability for the team to make the right product for the next generation
• Model excellence in design and champion mental models across features and product releases.
• Grow, develop, and lead a talented team of experienced UI/UX Designers and interns.

>Key Skills Requirement:

• 10+ years of experience designing digital products, mobile, and web experiences 5+ years of experience leading design teams as a UI/UX product or interaction design manager.
• Demonstrated experience in leading complex projects independently end-to-end, product design under stretched timelines, and ability to deliver large-scale strategic design initiatives with a bias towards scalable systems and patterns.
• Familiarity/proficiency with UI/UX design tools (e.g. Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Adobe CC, Invision, Axure RP, and Principal).
• Advanced skills in problem-solving and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations as they apply to design for platforms such as desktop and mobile, tabs, Android, and iOS.
• Excellent interpersonal skills will be adept at fostering deep collaboration between design, Product, Engineering, Education, Marketing, and Senior Leadership.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design
• 1+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems.

Additional Job requirements

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science/Math or equivalent
• BS in computer science or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant professional software development experience: designing, developing, and delivering software written in Java, C#, or C++, web development.
• Knowledgeable in object-oriented design patterns.
• Experience building highly scalable and distributed systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with service-oriented architecture and application/services development
• Passion for performance debugging and benchmarking

Ability to clearly and concisely communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across all levels of the organization

Should have deep knowledge in Laravel framework.

＃Knowledge of version control systems like GIT

Responsibilities

• The person in this role will lead the development of new business opportunities that supports our overall growth strategy for our Cloud-based software product.
• Lead business growth strategies, identifying opportunities, identifying partnerships and bringing in new clients.
• Build marketing content, and sales collateral, respond to RFPs, quotes etc. in collaboration with the management team and subject matter experts.
• Perform marketing strategies, run email campaigns and apply other techniques to acquire new clients.

Requirements:

• Should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in selling Software Products, and IT Services with International, Global markets as the main focus.
• Prefer candidates with MBA, MCA or relevant education in technology, marketing or sales.
• Should have extensive knowledge in Software Sales, IT Services, various technologies and market trends. Experience selling SaaS products and selling implementation services is preferred.
• Should have leadership qualities, be highly motivated, be energetic and accountable for owning business outcomes including planning, executing and forecasting.
• Need experience in technology sales, staffing, consulting services, a strong background in business development, and customer relationship.
• Need experience closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Should be willing to travel locally in India, the US and other countries as required.
• Should have strong communication skills, and presentation skills.

• Engage in Node.js back-end development with MongoDB
