Job Summary

• Candidate will be responsible for providing full life-cycle development (design, coding, and testing) and maintenance of web-based system on Azure
• Candidate should have experience in GitHub, knowledge of DevOps is a plus
• Experienced in designing and implementing web portals, experience with DNN is must
• Ability to work with multiple languages including C#, ASP.Net, MVC, Javascript and related libraries, HTML, Complex SQL queries, CSS, BootStrap, JSON.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements to apply logic to integrate functionalities
• Identify and understand any technical bugs on the server, site, log files or modules and work on resolving the bugs
• Understand how FTP server is setup for the site
• Understand system/site technical requirements and suggest enhancements if applicable
• Designing, coding, unit Testing, and integration with Database
• Handle site deployment
• Designing, coding, debugging, technical problem solving, and writing Unit Test cases, etc.

Qualifications

We are looking for a graphic designer who gets B2B. Someone who can take content briefs and turn them into visually compelling collateral that speaks directly to decision-makers. You'll work closely with writers, content strategists, and the creative lead to bring high-readability content to life without compromising brand tone or clarity.

Key responsibilities:

1. Translate content briefs into visual assets (presentations, social graphics, ebooks, reports, one-pagers, etc.)

Job Description

● Set up network of service technicians pan-India for installation of GPS tracking devices on commercial vehicles

● Manage daily installation / post installation schedule for pan-India locations

● Co-Ordinate with customer team & field staff for schedule assignment

● Manage all customer facing correspondence on Email/Mobile/Whatsapp , regarding service requests

● Follow-up with customer within a 24hour period in regards to the initial phone call or email

● Ensure TAT between 24-48 hours for all service schedules for Pan-India locations.

● Raise repair invoices to customers

● Manage inventory of spares and consumables

● Manage logistics for supplying fresh spares to service technicians pan India

● Co-ordinate with service technicians for return of defective goods to Head Office

● Manage Ensure service technicians

● Conduct Training Sessions for technicians

● Support to field staff

● Generate Monthly failure report with analysis : Technician / Product / Model / Area wise

● Supervision and monitoring of repairs and trouble shooting of all the GPS devices.

● Handling Reports management in ERP

Desired Profile

● At least 2 years experience in managing network of service technicians for fitting of automotive electrical accessories at Pan-India locations

You will primarily focus on manual testing to identify issues, validate product functionality, and provide feedback to our development teams.
