Responsibility:

 

• Deliver sales pitch related to product or OS Platform, 
• Product Demo
• Validating product presentation and proposal to prospective potential clients supporting sales guys. 
• Offering POC and Validating the same. 
• Follow up regularly with prospective existing clients to ensure they are happy. 
• Listen to the needs of the Existing and Prospective Customer market and share insights with product development and marketing teams.
• Supporting Product Installation for Live accounts.
• Technical Audit - Onsite and Online
• Solid understanding of networking principles (Firewall, Network Protocols, IP addresses, subnetting, etc)
• Prior experience working with mobile device management solutions and enterprise mobility, BYOD, SaaS is an asset

Good knowledge of accounting regulations, financial documents and procedures.

Manage all accounting transactions, purchase and journal entries, general ledgers, and invoicing.

Reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable.

Manage Expense Management, PO Raising, Invoice Management, and Reimbursements.

Ensure accurate and timely recording of all accounting transactions on daily basis.

Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and any accounting software.

Collaborate with business leads/managers, team members, RPO partners, recruitment agencies and other groups to run an effective recruiting unit

• Own planning and achievement of team targets, help team members on aspects like sourcing, quality checks, meeting their goals

• Work within predefined recruitment processes, also assess scope for improvement and build new methodologies
• Work on offer-generation, negotiation and post offer follow-up

• Take initiatives to improve offer to join ratio and track necessary data trends
• Prepare team interview coordination plans and manage interviews in and out of Pune

Required professional and technical expertise:

• Minimum 8 - 12years of experience in recruiting (preferably in IT corporates or Large RPO's)
• Must have worked on niche skills and targeted hiring (headhunting)
• Expertise in sourcing through social media channels and other innovative sourcing channels would be a plus
• Demonstrable experience in partner management and strength to hold difficult conversations with them
