1. Core Responsibilities

• Build and maintain end-to-end web applications using the MERN stack.
• Act as a bridge between design and development to bring ideas to life with clean, scalable code.
• Support digital campaigns through intuitive and functional tech implementations.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable front-end and back-end components.
• Write clean, maintainable code while collaborating with designers, marketers, and other developers.
• Translate product requirements and UI/UX wireframes into fully functional digital solutions.

2. API & Integration Management

• Implement RESTful APIs and connect third-party tools and services.
• Ensure smooth data exchange across platforms through secure integrations.
• Manage user authentication and authorization using mechanisms like JWT or OAuth.

3. Code Quality & Optimization

• Debug, profile, and optimize applications for performance and reliability.
• Maintain unit and integration test coverage for code robustness.
• Conduct code reviews and help improve internal coding standards.

4. Agile Collaboration

• Actively participate in agile activities: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retros, and demos.
• Contribute to task estimation and cross-functional problem-solving.
• Stay responsive to project shifts and quick delivery needs.

5. Continuous Learning & Innovation

• Stay up to date with the latest development trends, tools, and practices.
• Share learnings and explore creative solutions for technical challenges.
• Experiment with emerging technologies and suggest process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience building production-ready web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with Git and version control systems
• Familiarity with RESTful API design, JSON, and authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker).
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for clean, maintainable code.
• Collaborative attitude with good verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements:

* Proven software development experience in PHP

* Understanding of Frameworks like Laravel, CodeIgnitor, Wordpress, Yii, etc

* Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX etc

* Good knowledge of relational databases, version control tools and of developing web services

* Experience in common third-party APIs (Google, Facebook, Ebay etc)

* Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas

* BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject

Technical Leader reporting to the CTO/CEO. Your responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:

1. Architecting, Designing and Developing Software Programmes based on requirements provided
2. Designing and Developing with a high quality of code that is modular, scalable and re-usable at all times
3. Promote SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) to ensure all of the services are Highly-Available and Fault Tolerant at all times
4. Communicate effectively the system requirements to other software development teams
5. Involve pro-actively with client and their requirements
6. Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methods
7. Oversee assigned programs (e.g. conduct code review) and provide guidance to team members
8. Assist with solving technical problems when they arise
9. Ensure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure
10. Address technical concerns, ideas and suggestions
11. Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals

Skills and Experience :

• 1-4 years experience overall.
• At least 1 year of experience in inside sales.
• Looking for Hard Core Inside Sales and not Looking for someone who has worked on lead generation work or upselling.
• Preferred Candidates are from Ed-Tech Industry with K-12+ segment dealing only.

• discussing clients’ requirements and proposed solutions with a senior developer (for developers at mid-skill level and below)
• writing and testing code
• collaborating with other developers
• using development tools (see below)

Development tools are used by software developers to write and test code, often as a team. Common development tools include:

• integrated development environments (eg Eclipse, IntelliJ): for writing and editing code
• source control management (eg Git, SVN, Mercurial): to enable teams to work together to manage changes to source code
• issue management systems (eg Jira): for managing a list of issues or improvements
• test driven development: for writing code to test your code

• To appoint Block Sales Manager in their respective Districts.
• To manage sales operations in assigned district to achieve revenue goals.
• To supervise sales team members on daily basis and provide guidance whenever needed.
• To identify skill gaps and conduct trainings to sales team.
