• Qualification:- Graduate, Preferred if an engineer or having an experience in the similar industry.

Job responsibility:-

• Conducting Market research by identifying selling possibilities and evaluating customer needs.
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking in sites and other platforms like India Mart and trade India.
• Setting up a meeting with potential clients and understanding their need or concern.

• Implementing world-class Enginerring practices for all the product development teams at WeCP. Ensure these are evangelized and followed.
• Build and maintain SDLC across all of our development and deployment environments: developer, QA, to our production.
• Envision, implement and rollout best development and devops tooling and automation for all of our services.

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in engineering with mentoring or leading a team
• Hands-on experience with Nodejs, Angular and AWS is mandatory.
• Tech stack: MEAN, AWS, JavaScript, Docker, SRS
• Experience  Dockerizing existing web applications
• Setting up alerts and monitoring for system infrastructure
• Monitoring system and application health and optimising the cost
• Experience with security, threat modeling, penetration testing, static analysis

Educational Requirements

• Must possess a diploma/degree/certificate in graphic design / fine art/interface design from a recognized school, institute, or academy (NIFT, NID, Pearl Academy)

Experience:  5+ years, Proven experience with UI / UX / Graphic design with a portfolio of sample projects

Responsibilities:

• Develop standard UI components and style guides
• Build wireframes and storyboards to conceptualize the design
• Define visual elements, product elements, and overall design
• Taking design briefs to understand requirements
• Effectively communicate your designs to developers and other key stakeholders
• Create and implement interaction models and user interface specifications
• Conduct industry research and stay up-to-date on best practices, competitor UI designs, and emerging technologies
• Conduct, observe, and analyze usability testing sessions
• Conduct user testing of applications, software, and websites
• Develop consistent, intuitive architectures
• Support the QA team to make sure features are implemented in the coded version as intended
• Determine timeline and deliverables

• Expertise in front-end technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS), PHP frameworks, and MySQL databases.
