Role Overview
We are looking for a performance-driven marketing professional with experience working with luxury D2C brands across jewellery, home dĆ©cor, lifestyle, and fashion. This role is ideal for someone with 2ā4 years of experience in paid media, digital campaigns, and growth marketing, with a strong understanding of scaling premium brands through data-led strategies.
Key Responsibilities
⢠Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other performance channels
⢠Manage end-to-end campaign setup including audience targeting, budgeting, creatives, and A/B testing
⢠Drive customer acquisition, conversions, and ROAS for luxury D2C brands
⢠Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on key metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS)
⢠Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives aligned with luxury brand positioning
⢠Work closely with brand and social media teams to ensure cohesive campaign messaging
⢠Identify growth opportunities across platforms including retargeting, funnel optimization, and scaling strategies
⢠Prepare performance reports and share actionable insights with internal teams and clients

Requirements
⢠2ā4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably with D2C or luxury brands

- Drive the implementation of test automation across recurring QA workflows using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright

- Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines to enable faster releases with higher confidence

- Proven track record in setting up and maintaining automated test suites using Selenium, Cypress, or equivalent frameworks
- Familiarity with visual regression testing and cross-browser/device compatibility tools (e.g., BrowserStack, Percy)
