DESCRIPTION:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Campaign Strategy & Management: Plan, create, and execute effective SEM strategies across Google Ads, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, quality scores) and meet KPIs.
• Keyword Research: Perform in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends for better targeting and audience reach.
• Performance Tracking: Analyze and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Singular, and other relevant platforms.
• A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and other elements to continually enhance campaign performance.
• Market Research: Stay up to date with SEM trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
• Analyze user journeys to identify funnel drop-offs and work on initiatives to optimize the flow for higher conversions.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in Google Ads campaign management.
• Educational Background: Btech/ BCA from Tier 1 institution
• Self-driven and a strong bias for action, fitment in startup culture.
• In-depth knowledge of the Paid Marketing ecosystem, attribution models, and segmentation/App campaigns
• Budget Management: Proven track record of running campaigns with budgets of ₹5 Lakh+ per month.
• Hands-on experience: in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Mixpanel & other tools like Looker Studio, AppsFlyer.
• Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze large sets of data and derive actionable insights.
• Creativity: Ability to craft engaging ad copy and create testing strategies to improve results.
• Someone who can manage complexity and is good at problem solving with a first-principles approach

About the role:

● Research the latest job trends in the market

● Sourcing opportunities in the formal sector for the youth across Lighthouses

● Liaison and coordination with new employers across Pune City by calling and visiting, to keep track of the new openings and signing MoU

● Getting employers for in-house campus drive/job fest

● Holding daily placement meetings with the Placement Youth Coordinators of each Lighthouse for -

⮚ briefing them about the new job vacancies and

⮚ coordinating with them to align candidates from each Lighthouse for interviews

⮚ collecting daily placement data from the Placement Youth Coordinators and publishing report

● Arrange and conduct placement preparation sessions with the youth

● Conduct orientation programs across the Lighthouse for the youth

● Placements Tracking, Preparing reports and Audit to be done on a regular basis

● Maintain proper data and documentation on a daily basis

Requirements:

● MSW or Post Graduation in any field, with 2-5 years of experience in Placement or working in HR consulting firms

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute regional strategies for IT services and reselling in the US, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

• Identify new business opportunities while managing and expanding existing customer relationships within the US region.

5. S/4 Migration/Implementation/AMS experience

• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code
• Ensure development is in compliance with specifications
• Prepare and produce releases of software components
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review

• BSc/BE/BTech in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Spring boot Framework
• Experience with REST- JSON, SOAP/XML is mandatory
• Proven working experience in Java development
• Experienced in Server Side Java, J2EE, Servlets, Spring/Spring boot, JAXB, JAX-WS, MySQL/PostgreSQL, Junit
• Knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate).
• Hands-on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE
• Platforms with Open Source Frameworks - Spring/Spring boot, XML, Integration with SOAP and RESTful Web Services, WS security.
• Experience with test-driven development
• Experience with GIT and Maven.
• Experience with Spring Security.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Lead one of the product verticals in the development of technology strategy, planning, hiring and execution of the next iteration of the WeInvest platform.

• Institutionalize a strong software engineering culture and facilitate a rapid, iterative, layered development approach.

• Be hands on with the coding, evaluate design and architecture choices, do in-depth code reviews, and implement standards and practices for software development.

• Inspire the engineering team to build quality, scalable code by pairing with team members periodically.

• Participate in the definition and management of high-quality product roadmaps based on business, product & tech strategy.

• Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Masters /BE/ B.Tech from a reputed institute

• About 6-10 years professional experience in software development.

• Excellent logical and analytical reasoning capabilities combined with strong knowledge of core

computer science concepts like algorithms, data structures, software design patterns, OOP etc.

• Should have experience in all the phases of SDLC

• Must have experience in leading a team. (At least 2-3 people)

• Be an expert in ruby on rails with experience OR from Fintech, Wealth Management OR Investment

• Management Domain with experience in any of the programming languages (Java/Python/Ruby).

• Breadth of experience in multiple technologies, tools, frameworks and processes is a big plus.

• Excellent understanding of core computer science concepts like algorithms, data structure,

Software design patterns, OOP etc. Be able to lead the team in design & architecture discussions,

introduce new tools, concepts & process to the team and guide other members of the team.

• Experience working in an agile team with software engineering practices like automated testing,

test- driven-development, continuous integration etc is a big plus.
