We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our marketing team as a Digital Marketing Executive. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, possess strong analytical skills, and have a good understanding of various digital marketing channels and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engage with the target audience.
• Create and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities to engage in relevant conversations.
• Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to track performance and optimize strategies.

1. Content Marketing:

• Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and SEO-friendly content for blogs, website, email campaigns, etc.
• Optimize content for search engines and ensure it aligns with the overall digital marketing strategy.
• Utilize content marketing tools and platforms to distribute content effectively and reach the target audience.

1. Email Marketing:

• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products/services, and drive conversions.
• Segment email lists based on demographics, behavior, etc., to deliver targeted and personalized campaigns.
• Monitor email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and other key metrics to optimize campaign performance.

1. SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

• Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for improving website ranking and driving organic traffic.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements to improve search engine visibility.
• Monitor website performance using SEO tools and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

1. Paid Advertising:

• Assist in managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
• Monitor campaign budgets, performance metrics, and ROI to optimize ad spend and achieve business goals.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience or internship in digital marketing roles is a plus.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and techniques.
• Proficiency in social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and SEO tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

• You have 2-5 years of experience using two or more development languages (ASP.NET, JavaScript, Scala, C#, etc.) with experience in Object-Oriented programming and full-stack web application development
• You can write clean, high-quality code in a variety of languages and are also able to spot and improve bad code
• You have experience with Agile and/or Continuous Delivery approaches such as Continuous Integration, TDD, Infrastructure as Code, etc.
• Experience with developing web applications based on ReactJS
• Hands on experience in setting up automated build pipelines based on Jenkins, Gradle, MSBuild, Maven etc.
• Bonus points if you have knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with atleast one RDBMS sql-server or postgress having good sql skills
• You will champion best practices like writing clean and reusable code using practices like Test Driven Development, SOLID principles, OO design, and pair programming
• You will partner with developers from other cross-functional teams advocating devops culture
• Experience with building REST APIs and asynchronous messaging systems
• You will work in collaborative, product-focused teams to build innovative customer experiences

• Minimum of 1+ years PHP web development experience
• As a PHP developer your duties would primarily consist of developing new projects built using PHP-based frameworks/platforms, writing custom code, and architect new solutions for prospective clients.
• Expert with PHP object-oriented programming & MVC applications
• Familiarity with automated deployment strategies
• Solutions-oriented thinking; always looking for the smart solution to a problem rather than jumping at the first answer

Responsibilities: 

• Contribute to managing end-to-end implementation project life cycle, driving optimization of operating models 
• Determine Project Scope, Objectives and Dependencies
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule, work plan and key milestones
• Determine and Define Project Resource Allocations
• Manage Risks, Issues, Assumptions and Dependencies on Project by assigning appropriate ownership and escalations
• Capture project health metrics, maintaining a central repository for all projects and project information that provide insights into processes and frameworks that work 
• Establish and execute Project Governances viz., Steerco Meetings, Weekly Cadences and Track Action Items to closure
• Conduct governance calls for ongoing projects and ensuring project commitments are being met by Darwinbox’s implementation team as well as the Client’s implementation team 
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Collaborate with Client on requirement changes and initiate change management process
•  Identify, document and update the project scope for changes
• Initiate appropriate review and approvals on the changes
• Evaluate and analyze the impact of changes and communicate with stakeholders
• Seek approvals and commitments on the scope, cost and schedule
• Ensure SOP adherence, time-logging, effectively making use/ driving adoption of Project Management tools and methodologies 
• Review/prepare Project Plans for implementation projects and monitor resource allocation 
• Identify Stakeholder Communication Requirements on project performance metrics
• Collaborate with Product Teams on Product enhancements
• Document impact and prioritize changes to Product Backlog and timelines
• Stakeholder Reporting - Preparing status reports, highlighting risks to the project timelines, proactively escalating potential red flags, and recommending mitigation solutions 
• Track Project Closure / Handover activities to downstream teams. 

General Requirements: 

• B. Tech or an equivalent degree 
• MBA or an equivalent degree is preferred but not mandatory 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Ability to work under pressure and adaptable to change 
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills 
• Proficiency in MS Office tool.
• Any experience in MS SharePoint, MS Power Automate, Excel Macros, and Project Management Tools like JIRA, and Zoho Projects is an added advantage 
• Any Project Management (PMP/ Prince2/Agile CSM) or Agile certification is mandatory 

•  8-10 years of prior experience in a project management role is preferred with strong experience in HRMS implementation.

We are looking for a React Native developer interested in building performant mobile apps on both the iOS and Android platforms. You will be responsible for architecting and building these applications, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure. Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team player with a commitment to perfection is required.

• Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.
• Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.
• Reach out to the open source community to encourage and help implement mission-critical software fixes—React Native moves fast and often breaks things.
• Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
• Transition existing React web apps to React Native.

MUST HAVE

• Design and implementation of the overall web architecture using React.js, Node.js, Mongo DB and AWS Lambda and Python
• Must have good knowledge of API
• Deployment and maintenance of AWS infrastructure -- Kubernetes, EC2, S3, Lambda
• Ensuring the entire stack is designed and built for speed and scalability
• Integrating our front-end UI with the constructed API
• Design and implementation of continuous integration
• Working knowledge of web-based application architectures and frameworks (including React) and the way it integrates with services.
