About the Role

RedCrabs is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer Intern to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a fresher looking to gain hands-on experience in graphic design, digital marketing, branding, and social media content creation.

The ideal candidate should have a good eye for design, creativity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and experiment with new ideas.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media posts, banners, creatives, and promotional materials.
• Support the marketing team with creative requirements for digital campaigns.
• Design graphics for Instagram, LinkedIn, websites, presentations, and other digital platforms.
• Assist in creating branding and marketing collateral.
• Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and visual assets.
• Convert creative concepts and briefs into visually appealing designs.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all designs.
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements.
• Stay updated with current design trends, social media trends, and visual styles.
• Take feedback and make revisions as required.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Knowledge of Canva is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of typography, color combinations, layouts, and composition.
• Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.
• Good understanding of social media creative formats.
• Ability to work on multiple creative requirements and meet deadlines.
• Strong willingness to learn and improve design skills.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of Figma, CorelDRAW, Adobe Premiere Pro, or After Effects.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Lead Industrial Designer, you will drive the design and development of innovative, user-focused products. You will combine aesthetics, functionality, and manufacturability, guiding the design team from concept to production while collaborating with engineering, marketing, and manufacturing teams to ensure the product vision is delivered effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own and drive the design vision for multiple product categories. responsible for bringing together form, function, and user experience into cohesive and manufacturable designs.
• Lead new product design as well as CMF (Color, Material, Finish) exploration to deliver exceptional physical experiences that align with the brand’s identity.
• Engage deeply in user and market research, uncovering insights that shape design strategy and direction.
• Manage multiple parallel projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing), and oversee external design partners to ensure timely and high-quality execution.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Design thinker with 6 to 7 years of experience in small-sized consumer product designs
• Degree from NID Ahmedabad or an equivalent tier-1 design school
• Strong aesthetic sensibility, technical understanding of materials and processes, and a collaborative mindset
• You enjoy balancing creative exploration with real-world feasibility, and your portfolio reflects both functional design and visual excellence.
• Your work will span early ideation to final mass production, requiring a strong grasp of manufacturing constraints, material sciences, and emerging trends.
