Digital Marketing Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Design, architect, and drive implementation of entire products and key engineering features

● Plan and track the development and release schedules, and provide visible leadership in crisis

● Establish and follow best practices, including coding standards and technical task management

● Involve in the end-to-end architecture design and implementation

● Deal with a dynamic project or feature with changing requirements

● Recruit, motivate and develop a superior team, establish a clear definition of functional excellence and create a culture based on those practices

Experience and Skills you MUST have:

● Web application development and micro-services architecture using JavaScript, Python, and JavaScript libraries and ReactJs and other web technologies - HTML, CSS, and JS

● Experience with RDBMS or NoSQL Database technologies like MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, and Redis

● End to end deployment and DevOps using - Kubernetes, Docker, GCP Stack

● Knowledge of Jenkins, Prometheus, New Relic, and other tools

● Experience implementing testing platforms and unit tests

● Rock solid at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflict

Role and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple partners of project and act as a bridge between technical and business team
• Expertise with development along with having an ability to have team-members driven
• Identify and address technical problems and propose creative solution that would bring value to projects
• Work closely with Program manager, UX and Business teams on Estimation, timelines and delivery risks and issues
• Facilitate and drive technical discussion on requirement and change requests
• Identify delivery slippage and mitigate technical risks to avoid slippage
• Be competent in designing architecture design documents and diagrams

• Minimum 8 years of UI experience.
• Having built complex (not Proof of Concepts) solutions on both React and Angular applications. Not familiarity but expertise is what is being looked for in both
• Build applications using HTML5, using JavaScript frameworks such as React.JS, Angular, Vue.js, CSS 3
• Having experience of Technology shift and migration
• Create/build real-time systems with high concurrency
• Having Awareness and experience of atomic design concepts, reusable elements, Progressive Web Apps, CDNs
• Build reusable UI components, ensuring that UI code base is scalable and maintainable
• Build UI component libraries to be used across the organization
• Driving code reviews effectively

• HIL testing with dSPACE, Software in loop validations
• Vector tools (CANape & CANalyzer)
• Service tools like ET, EST, EDT, and other tools including CADetWIN, CAT ET, Forcast, ESP.
• Knowledge and experience in protocols including J1939, CAN, CDL (Internal) and Ethernet
• Understanding and Hands-on experience with HIL hardware/harness
• Automation logics, Python, CCAT scripting, Simulators, Control and Automation desk

Experience, responsibilities, expectations from role:

• 3-4 years of Validation or Automation Experience.
• Ability to work in a product development organization with strong focus on Quality and delivery as per commitment to customers.
• Passion to delve into complex existing code, product modules and come up with the optimal solution for the problem at hand.

• Excellent communication and team working skills which is expected among a global team set up.
• Develop the Test plans, validate the Features.
• Perform Regression, Mandatory & Change specific validation.
• Investigate and Support DSN team on the issues reported from the customers in the field.
• Able write the Python Scripts by looking into the Test plans.
• Acquaintance of CANape, CANalyzer Tools, MRET test setup’s

What you must have:

• Experience in iOS Development and / or apps on Apple store and must have handled atleast 2 projects.
• Software Development experience in Java, MVC / MVVM pattern, Objective C, Swift development.
• Familiarity with SDK Integrations, APNS, Cocoapods, Carthage, Networking, JSON structuring and working with REST APIs.
• Experience in collaborating on software projects using Git based Version Control Systems (FYI, we use Bitbucket).
• Bonus Points if you have:
• Have a basic knowledge of how Android Development works (for collaborating with the Android team and developing programming patterns which works for both Android & iOS)
• Have experience working in an E-Commerce project
• Have worked with graphic & memory optimization in apps
• Have a Github account with some cool projects in it.
• Have scary but amazing debugging skills.
