Key Responsibilities :
Plan, manage, and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other online channels.
Create engaging digital content including posts, videos, to attract target audiences.

Roles and Responsibilities:
* Using AutoCAD software to create drawings that incorporate exact measurements, calculations, and other construction details.
* Prepare various 2D plans for projects and ensure optimal use of all CAD tools in making draft.
* Creating technical drawings from architects' sketches and specifications.
* Assist departments to prepare engineering sketches for all client proposals and maintain records of all engineering drawings to provide appropriate figures.
* Coordination of Structure, MEP & Architecture Drawings
* Should have drawing experience in High Rise Building
Education & Skills:
* ITI / Diploma in Civil Draftsman
* Good AutoCAD Knowledge
* Architecture analyzing skills

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and guide the inside sales/onboarding team in achieving daily and monthly targets.
• Ensure every partner is onboarded smoothly with proper documentation and communication.
• Review team calls, follow-ups, and reports to maintain quality and consistency.
• Set clear goals, provide coaching, and motivate the team to meet conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the Sales Manager and Operations team to resolve onboarding issues quickly.
• Analyze data and prepare weekly performance and conversion reports.
• Conduct regular training sessions for the team to improve communication and product knowledge.
• Maintain high standards of customer experience throughout the onboarding process.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales or team leadership.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Proven record of achieving and driving team targets.
• Good analytical and reporting abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and onboarding systems.
