We’re looking for a hands-on growth marketer who is both:

What You’ll Do
- Own and scale growth across Meta, Google, YouTube, WhatsApp, SEO, affiliates, influencers, and retargeting.
- Run bold experiments, test fast, and double down on what drives results.
- Deep-dive into analytics — optimize funnels, cut waste, and boost conversions.
- Create content that builds trust, recall, and demand, not just clicks.
- Collaborate with agencies, influencers, and partner brands (like MyGate) — understand target audiences by use case, design the right campaigns, and get them executed with clear ROI.
- Manage budgets with discipline, efficiency, and accountability.
- Work directly with founders to set ambitious goals — and hit them.
- Guide and mentor agencies or junior marketers to deliver consistent creative and performance output.
Must-Have Requirements
- 3+ years of performance marketing experience with proven CAC and ROAS impact.
- Strong analytical mindset — turns campaign data into insights and actions.
- Hands-on across Meta + Google Ads, remarketing, influencer strategy, and SEO fundamentals.
- Genuine storytelling ability — understands how content builds trust and converts.
- Deep customer empathy — ideally with experience in event, food, or consumer internet segments.
- Clear communicator who can align creative, performance, and brand thinking.
- Startup agility — executes fast, iterates daily, learns from data.
Good-to-Have
- Entrepreneurial experience or a founder mindset — someone who thinks in terms of outcomes, not tasks.
- Exposure to affiliate and partnership-driven growth.
- Experience creating regional + English content (Telugu or Hindi a plus).
