The selected candidate will be responsible for handling advertising campaigns across multiple business domains, including FantasyFi (gaming platform) and Real Estate marketing campaigns. The role requires a strategic mindset, analytical strength, and a proven ability to deliver measurable performance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms
Manage and scale campaigns with a strong focus on ROI and cost efficiency
Develop and implement advanced audience targeting and retargeting strategies
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance metrics
Conduct structured A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and messaging
Drive lead generation, conversions, and customer acquisition objectives
Ensure accurate pixel tracking, event optimization, and attribution analysis
Collaborate with internal teams for creative assets and campaign alignment
Prepare performance reports with actionable strategic insights
Required Qualifications & Skills
4–6 years of hands-on experience in Meta / Facebook advertising
Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager
