Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated QA Tester with 4-7 years of experience to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through comprehensive testing, defect reporting, and collaboration with the development team.

Key Responsibilities

● Test Planning: Assist in the creation of test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications.

● Manual Testing: Execute manual testing of web and mobile applications to identify defects, inconsistencies, and usability issues.

● Regression Testing: Conduct regression testing to ensure that new features or changes do not negatively impact existing functionality.

● Functional Testing: Perform functional testing to verify that software meets specified requirements and performs as expected.

● Compatibility Testing: Verify software compatibility across different browsers, devices, and operating systems.

● Performance Testing: Assist in the execution of performance tests to identify bottlenecks and assess system responsiveness.

● Defect Reporting: Document and track defects, issues, and enhancement requests using bug tracking tools.

● Test Documentation: Maintain test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test data.

Qualifications & Expertise required:

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

● 4-7 years of professional experience in software quality assurance or testing.

● Basic understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.

● Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools.

● Effective written and verbal communication skills.

● Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

● Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory but good to have):

● Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit).

● Familiarity with test automation frameworks.

In this position, you will play a key role in determining our strategy - from choosing the right tools to managing feature parity to identifying how to take advantage of the latest tech.

You will

Collaborate to create and maintain high-quality web and mobile applications

• Develop and implement new features and enhancements for our web and mobile applications using React Native, React.js, and other front-end technologies
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Propose UI/UX initiatives with good design sense and attention to detail
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code, following best practices and coding standards
• Uphold our high engineering standards and bring consistency to the many codebases and processes you will encounter, including selecting technical stack for future front-end products
• Work in an agile environment, participate in code reviews, and contribute to the development of team standards and best practices

Experience Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in front-end development with React Js and React Native demonstrated through the delivery of production-grade code in commercial or enterprise-level projects.
• Proficiency in other front-end technologies such as Redux, Recoil, Redux-saga, and TailwindCSS, demonstrated through practical application and expertise in implementing and optimizing solutions using these tools.
• Proven track record of implementing mobile-first and responsive web design principles in past projects.
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+, Typescript), with the ability to produce clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Demonstrated experience in integrating RESTful APIs with backend services, preferably within the last two years, showcasing successful implementations.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills, supported by examples or scenarios from previous roles.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities, with tangible instances of teamwork and cooperation in previous projects.
• Genuine passion for technology, engineering, and product development, reflected in past projects or contributions to the tech community.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Next JS, Story Book JS.
• Familiarity with CI/CD using CircleCI, and GitHub Actions.
• A passion for the intersection of design and data.
• Zero to one experience crossing the chasm
• Worked on product(s) that have undergone hyper-growth

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in generating qualified first appointments for the monthly targets in an organization.
• Prospect into named target industry accounts and build sales pipeline to drive early stages of the sales cycle.
• Assist the sales team in penetrating strategic accounts by identifying business pains, decision makers, budget, time frame and scheduling sales appointments with qualified prospects.
• Use multiple sources of information like news alerts, social media, online databases, events & trade shows to build a list of prospects who are receptive to Unbxd's products and services.
• Achieve quarterly targets on qualified first appointments and help build a pipeline for sales teams.
• Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to proactively identify and prospect for new business opportunities.
• Successfully track & develop leads till they are sales-ready, build relationships with prospects and help improve lead to opportunity conversion rates. 

Key Requirements for Success

RESPONSIBILITIES

• As a Business Development Manager working under the FMCG segment, an ideal candidate must perform the following responsibilities:
• Approaching potential leads and closing them within a stipulated time frame.
• Create exclusive distributors, exclusive super stockists and businesses associated with the company towards business growth.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

• Support the transition by planning and overseeing the transfer of members from one location to another, including but not limited to operational readiness, support documentation, knowledge transfer and acceptance checklists
• Support in ensuring transition activity is planned and executed to schedule, budget and scope
• Support in establishing transition end to end plans including infrastructure support models, change management, risk assessment and mitigation, resource planning and service management with clear tollgates
• Liaise with transition lead on milestone scheduling, knowledge transfer activities, and communication of progress (KPIs)
• Keep stakeholders involved in transition process and update them with the progress and roadblocks
• Promote awareness of transition planning and support processes within the GCC
• Support the Transition Lead to source and assess opportunities to expand the centre (including assessment of Make vs. Buy, offshore / on shore)
• Work directly with third party resources on a day-to-day basis to support the transition process during the set-up of the GCC

Skills:

• Proven knowledge of service transition methodology, tools and templates through experience or qualifications
• The ability to identify, escalate and manage project risks with the Transition Lead
• 3+ years of experience transitioning / offshoring / outsourcing projects / functions across sub processes such as Biostatistics, reg. affairs, clinical ops, drug safety, medical Governance, strategy and planning, pharma covigilance
• Good exposure in previous roles to multi-cultural, transversal functions
• Pharma background with experience across the systems development life cycle with experience in different project phases
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – must be able to communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writing
