- Analyse market trends and emerging technologies in SAP, ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, and AI relevant to the organisation's domains (Service & Asset Maintenance, SAP Cloud, Digital Excellence).
- Identify high-impact innovation bets aligned with our growth priorities.
Innovation Lab Development
- Support the design and implementation of our Innovation Hybrid Operating Model, including governance frameworks, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Collaborate with cluster heads and innovation champions to validate ideas and accelerate MVP development.
Technology & Ecosystem Engagement
- Benchmark best practices from global innovation labs and conferences.
- Co-create with universities, startups, and tech partners to expand our innovation ecosystem.
AI & Emerging Tech Enablement
- Explore and integrate AI-driven solutions for SAP FSM, ServiceNow workflows, and Microsoft platforms.
- Drive PoCs and accelerators for AI use cases in asset-intensive industries.
Governance & Project Leadership
- Lead governance for selected innovation projects, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Manage ROI tracking, MVP seed budgets, and quarterly innovation reports.
