Key Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and maintain a professional front office environment.
• Answer and manage incoming and outgoing customer calls.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate project information.
• Follow up with leads and schedule appointments and site visits.
• Maintain customer records and update the CRM regularly.
• Coordinate with the sales team for customer appointments and follow-ups.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the enquiry process.
• Handle basic administrative and office coordination tasks.

Requirements
