GenAI Developer profile with good experience on Python + Pytorch / Tensorflow + LLMs fine tuning + RAG + Langchain / Hugging face / Langgraph

Required Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience with at least one major machine learning framework (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras). (Must Have - one of the framework)
• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning (e.g., LoRA, QLoRA). (Must Have)
• Exposure to RAG systems and basic knowledge of hybrid search techniques. (Must Have)
• Understanding of model deployment and containerization (Docker). (Good to Have)
• Proficiency in Python for AI development, data preprocessing, and scripting. (Must Have - Python should be strong)
• Experience with generative AI tools (LangChain, Hugging Face, LlamaIndex) is a plus. (Good to Have - at least one of this skill)
• Understanding of version control systems (Git). (Must Have)
• Awareness of AI compliance, data privacy, and responsible AI principles. (Good to Have)

Position Summary

The Java Software Developer designs and develops computer applications using the Java programming language. Managing small-to-large scale projects, with respect to business impact, throughout the development life cycle. In this role, you can expect to leverage your 5+ years of Java engineering skills and knowledge to develop, test, and release features assigned to you and the Software Development team.
