Senior Manager (CA) – Finance & Accounts

Main Responsibilities: 

1. Admin Support 

• Help the sales team with daily tasks 

• Manage their meetings, travel plans, and appointments 

• Prepare and share sales reports, proposals, and presentations 

2. Customer Support 

• Keep customer records and databases updated 

• Answer customer questions and resolve their issues politely 

• Follow up on orders, deliveries, and payments 

3. Sales Coordination 

• Manage the sales process from order to delivery 

• Ensure orders are handled correctly and on time 

• Check stock levels and ensure product availability 

4. Telecalling & Lead Generation 

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce company services 

• Generate and qualify new leads through calls, emails, and online platforms 

• Maintain a database of prospects and track follow-ups 

• Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with interested leads 

• Work towards achieving lead generation and conversion targets 

5. Communication & Teamwork 

• Coordinate with departments like marketing, accounts, and logistics 

• Ensure smooth communication within the team and with clients 

• Support in planning meetings, events, and exhibitions 

6. Data Handling & Reports  

• Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends 

• Assist in preparing sales targets and budgets 

• Generate reports to support business planning 

Qualifications: 

Education: Bachelor's degree in any field 

Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role (sales support/telecalling) 

Skills Required: 

Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 

Strong verbal and written communication skills 

Good convincing and negotiation skills 

Ability to handle telecalling and lead conversion 

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Role & Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media and digital platforms (reels, posts, ads, event
• clips, product and lifestyle content)
• Turn raw footage and rough ideas into clean, relatable videos
• Focus on flow, timing, and clarity — not overdoing effects
• Make edits that feel right for the platform and the brand
• Rework videos based on feedback and improve them step by step
• Manage your own timelines and deliver consistently
• Work closely with the design and content teams to keep everything on brand

Ideal Candidate

• Strong in Video Editor (Digital Content / Social Media / Lifestyle Brands)
• Mandatory (Experience 1):Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience in video editing, working on digital content for social media or digital platforms (reels, posts, ads, event clips, product/lifestyle content).
• Mandatory (Experience 2):Must have strong practical skills in Premiere Pro and/or After Effects, capable of turning raw footage into clean, engaging, and brand-consistent videos.
• Mandatory (Experience 3):Experience in editing both short-form and long-form content, with attention to flow, timing, clarity, and storytelling across various digital formats
• Mandatory (Skill 1):Strong understanding of pacing, sequencing, and narrative construction in videos, with ability to rework and refine edits based on feedback.
• Mandatory (Skill 2):Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and consistently deliver high-quality videos in a fast-paced daily content environment.
• Mandatory (Portfolio):Must showcase 2-3 video projects or content pieces demonstrating strong storytelling, technical editing skills, and adaptability to different formats/platforms.
• Preferred (Domain Experience):Experience or interest in lifestyle, wellness, or skincare content; familiarity with basic Photoshop or static design; ability to suggest creative cuts or improvements while editing.

Job Brief

The job requires .Net Sr Backend Developer. This Developer is expected to have strong technical skills, work closely with the other team members in development and ability to work stand alone. • Own definition and implementation of API interfaces (REST and GraphQL). We take pride in our 100% open API with over 600 endpoints.
• Implement simple solutions to complex business logic that enables our merchants to manage financials, orders and shipments across millions of transactions.
• Build reusable components and packages for future use.
• Translate specs and user stories into reviewable, test covered patches.
• Peer review code and refactor existing code.
• Integrate with our eCommerce partners (Shopify, BigCommerce, Amazon), shipping partners (UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL) and EDI.
• Manage Kubernetes and Docker based global deployment of our infrastructure.
