
- A Consultant needs to understand and can implement the best Business Processes to adopt new SAP S/4 HANA system by designing appropriate solutions, supporting the customers business processes as part of the overall SAP Global program.
- To be a single point of contact from SAP IT team for effectively and efficiently managing the VMS process for our business.
- To lead the SAP VMS Solution Design sessions (POC’s) with the business and technical teams leveraging SAP best practices and industry templates, provide inputs to the technical development team for RICEFW and Data Migration, manage Cutover activities, Testing and End User Training.
- To configure, document, and maintain the relevant functions for Vehicle Management System in SAP S/4HANA including but not limited to: Enterprise Structure, Action Matrix, Variant Configuration, Complex Pricing, Procurement, Inbound and Outbound Delivery, Returns, Warranty Management (WTY), Invoicing, Integration with other SAP modules such as FI, SD, MM, CS and external systems, Dealer portals, etc.
- To manage Production Support and troubleshoot the issues in live system by engaging appropriate internal and external stakeholders.
- To provide quick resolution of the problems ensuring minimal downtime to the business and adhering to the change control process of the organization.
- To manage internal functional team, external team, and Integration partners to effectively manage project and support activities, deliverables, risks, timelines, and quality
