Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Developer to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role focused on building cloud-based, scalable applications in the mortgage finance domain.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain backend components for cloud-based web applications.
• Contribute to architectural decisions involving microservices and distributed systems.
• Work extensively with Node.js and RESTful APIs.
• Implement scalable solutions using AWS services (e.g., Lambda, SQS, SNS, RDS).
• Utilize both relational and NoSQL databases effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and maintainable code.
• Participate in agile development practices and deliver rapid iterations based on feedback.
• Take ownership of system performance, scalability, and reliability.

Core Requirements :

• 5+ Years of total experience in backend development.
• Minimum 3 Years of experience in building scalable microservices or delivering large-scale products.
• Strong expertise in Node.js and REST APIs.
• Solid experience with RDBMS, SQL, and data modeling.
• Good understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and availability.
• Familiarity with AWS infrastructure and services.
• Development experience in Python and/or Java is a plus.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with frontend frameworks like React.js or AngularJS.
• Working knowledge of Docker and containerized applications.

Job Title: Asst Manager-Business Development – PVC

Department: Sales & Marketing / Business Development

Reports to: Sales Head / Director

Designation: Asst Manager - Business Development

Location- Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai/Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets for PVC compounds.

Research market trends, competitor activities, and potential clients in sectors like wires & cables, automotive, footwear, profiles, pipes, and injection moulding.

Generate leads through networking, industrial directories, trade exhibitions, and digital platforms.

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with OEMs, converters, distributors, and key industry stakeholders.

Understand client requirements and offer suitable PVC compound grades or customized solutions.

Conduct technical discussions with clients in coordination with the R&D/technical team.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the revenue growth of the company.

Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize orders.

Track sales performance, follow up on payments, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Work closely with production and R&D teams to ensure timely sample development and delivery.

Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis for management review.

Provide inputs to management on market demand, pricing trends, and product improvements.

Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and seminars.

Promote the company’s products through presentations, technical discussions, and marketing initiatives.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Diploma/Degree in Plastics/Polymer/ Chemical Engineering, or MBA in Marketing (preferred).

Experience: 4–10 years in industrial sales/business development, preferably in PVC compounds or polymer industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 
• Proven experience (>8 years) as a UI developer with expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript 
• Proven experience in front-end frameworks React (must), Angular(good to have), Vue.js(good to have). 
• Solid understanding of responsive web design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility. 
• Experience leading a team of UI developers in an agile environment. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues. 
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines. 
• Experience with UI testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Jest, Cypress) is a plus. 
• Knowledge of UX design principles and familiarity with UX design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD) is desirable. 
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 
• Experience building a UI for multi-tenant SaaS platform. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Rewrite existing APIs in NodeJS. 
• Remodel the APIs into Micro services-based architecture. 
• Implement a caching layer wherever possible. 
• Optimize the API for high performance and scalability. 
• Write unit tests for API Testing.
• Automate the code testing and deployment process.

Skills Required: 

• At least 3 years of experience developing Backends using NodeJS — should be well versed with its asynchronous nature & event loop, and know its quirks and workarounds. 
• Excellent hands-on experience using MySQL or any other SQL Database. 
• Good knowledge of MongoDB or any other NoSQL Database. 
• Good knowledge of Redis, its data types, and their use cases. 
• Experience with graph-based databases like GraphQL and Neo4j. 
• Experience developing and deploying REST APIs. 
• Good knowledge of Unit Testing and available Test Frameworks. 
• Good understanding of advanced JS libraries and frameworks. 
• Experience with Web sockets, Service Workers, and Web Push Notifications. 
• Familiar with NodeJS profiling tools. 
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git. 
• Good knowledge of creating and maintaining DevOps infrastructure on cloud platforms. 
• Should be a fast learner and a go-getter — without any fear of trying out new things Preferences.

Tentative Roles and Responsibilities -

• Understanding the data requirements of each desk
• Gathering elementary level Master data by visiting each of the 15 desks
• Assess the data points of information flow in Supply Chain Management Application and mapping it with the data points of the integrated financial management system
• Assess the gathered data for optimizing the information flow in the department
• Assess the integration points and workflows of Financial Institute with other entities
• Preparation of report formats for each desk
• Review and monitor the development of key financial modules for claim settlement, reimbursements, proforma accounts, budgeting and expenditure, accounts and bookkeeping, purchase management and infrastructure and administration
• Ensuring implementation of Accounting Management related Services and coordination with appointed CA firm for its completion
• Co-ordinate with different stakeholders to appraise issues at their end, which may lead to delay in the project, suggest solutions to remove the bottlenecks
• Support in reviewing, monitoring, and management of performance and conformance to the vendor's SLA
• Develop training plans and managing the training phases for the users on the functions and operations of the new application
• Drive change management during the transition phase
• Identifying key risk areas and mitigation and management of risks
• Providing technical and project management support during implementation and post-implementation

- Must have 6+ years of overall technology experience.

- Must have 2 years of experience managing Blockchain Projects or having hands on experience with development and management.

- Ability to manage multiple teams both on technical and overall delivery

- Excellent client and tech team handling skills. Ideally, have great balance with aggression and smartness.

- Having experience in DeFi and NFT will be great advantage. Or at least have passion to take deep dive into the same

- Having experience with Project Documentation will be given high preference.

- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrums

- Should have basic experience with any of the Project Management tools Trello, Kanban, Jira, Asana and other popular in the market.

- Must have experience of source repositories (GitHub).
