Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, site visits, networking, and lead generation activities.
2. Promote the company's waste management services to prospective clients and achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
4. Conduct market mapping to identify potential clients, industries, and business opportunities.
5. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service offerings to prospective customers.
6. Coordinate with internal operations and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in reporting systems.
8. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new sales opportunities.

Skills and Knowledge Required

1. 2+ years of experience in B2B sales.
2. Experience or exposure to waste management, environmental services, facility management, industrial services, or related industries will be an added advantage.
3. Good understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
4. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Basic negotiation and closing skills.
6. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
7. Good organizational and time management abilities.
8. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
9. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.

Strong Junior GenAI / AI Backend Engineer Profiles

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 1+ years of full time expeirence in software development using LLMs (OpenAI / Gemini / similar) in projects (internship / full-time / strong personal projects)

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have strong coding skills in Python and hands-on backend development experience (FastAPI / Django preferred)
