Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive On-Field Sales Executive to drive business growth through direct B2B client interactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting client meetings across the NCR region, showcasing tech-driven offerings, and closing leads generated by telesales, inbound marketing, or personal prospecting efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Engagement & Field Visits

1. Visit prospective client offices to present and demonstrate product suite, including cloud solutions, AI tools for communication, and sales automation platforms.

2. Understand client needs during in-person meetings and tailor presentations accordingly.

Sales Conversions

1. Follow up on warm leads provided by the telesales and marketing teams.

2. Drive lead conversions and ensure the client reaches a decision-making point

3. Close deals or push prospects toward final discussions with senior sales personnel.

Business Development

1. Generate new leads through field prospecting, business networking, and local events.

2. Identify and build strategic partnerships.

Reporting & CRM

1. Maintain daily visit logs and update client interaction details in the CRM.

2. Track progress against weekly and monthly sales targets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

1. Coordinate with marketing, telesales, and solutions teams to align on strategy and client requirements.

2. Share feedback from the field to help improve marketing collaterals and messaging.

Qualifications and Skills

● Experience: 1–3 years of experience in field sales, ideally in tech, SaaS, cloud, or AI-enabled solution selling.

● Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Regional languages are an added advantage.

● Education: Graduate in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.

● Presentation Skills: Confident public speaker with the ability to simplify technical concepts.

● Tech Familiarity: Comfortable explaining basic cloud, AI, and IT tools to businesses.

● Mobility: Should be open to daily travel within Delhi NCR and occasionally beyond.

● Soft Skills: Highly persuasive, energetic, punctual, and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities of the role:

·      Manage extraction of data sets from multiple marketing/database platforms and perform hygiene and quality control steps, either via Datorama or in partnership with Neo Technology team. Data sources will include: web analytic tools, media analytics, customer databases, social listening tools, search tools, syndicated data, research & survey tools, etc…

· Implement and manage data system architecture

· Audit and manage data taxonomy/classifications from multiple systems and partners

· Manage the extraction, loading, and transformation of multiple data sets

· Cleanse all data and metrics; perform override updates where necessary

· Execute all business rules according to requirements · Identify and implement opportunities for efficiency throughout the process

· Manage and execute thorough QA process and ensure quality and accuracy of all data and reporting deliverables

· Manipulate and analyze “big” data sets synthesized from a variety of sources, including media platforms and marketing automation tools

· Generate and manage all data visualizations and ensure data is presented accurately and is visually pleasing

· Assist analytics team in running numerous insights reports as needed

· Help maintain a performance platform and provide insights and ongoing recommendations around.

Requirements :

· 5+ years’ experience in an analytics position working with large amounts of data

· Hands-on experience working with data visualization tools such as Datorama, Tableau, or PowerBI

· Additional desirable skills include tag management experience, application coding experience, statistics background

· Digital media experience background preferred, including knowledge of Doubleclick and web analytics tools

· Excellent communication skills

· Experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript a plus

1. Must be familiar with the usage of accounting software like tally or similar

2. Good command of MS Excel, MS Word

3. Preparation of salary statements, departmental returns
