Power BI Developer

We're hiring a GTM Engineer to sit at the intersection of engineering and go-to-market. You'll build the internal tooling and automations that power our growth — outbound systems, lead-gen and enrichment pipelines, CRM integrations, AI agents — and run rapid growth/GTM experiments end to end (funnel/CRO tests, growth loops, activation and retention). Engineering is the baseline: you write real code (Python/JS, APIs) and ship tools yourself. What sets you apart is proven, hands-on growth experimentation with measurable outcomes. Must-haves: genuine coding ability (ships tools/automations in real code); demonstrated ownership of growth/GTM experiments with results; 2–4 yrs experience. Nice to have: early-stage B2B SaaS background; AI agent / LLM tooling experience.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Individuals are responsible for all traditional development activities analysis, design, coding, testing, and documentation.

- Add new features to existing Windows and Web-based applications in Visual Studio 2019. Interacting with internal team.

- Transform business and design needs into innovative products.

- Drive all projects to completion within deadlines.

Qualifications :

- B.E in computer science or related fields.

- Impressive hands-on experience in Java, database(Oracle), OOPS, Java Swing, Javafx

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
• Experience developing desktop and mobile applications
• Familiarity with common stacks
• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
• Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. PHP, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js)
• Knowledge of AWS Cloud (EC2,S3,Lambda,SES) 
• Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache, Nginx, Tomcat) and UI/UX design
  Knowledge of code versioning tools (such as Git, SVN).

Required Skills :

• 4 - 6  years of overall software development experience

• Proficient in using Git as a control system

• An understanding of React Native best practices and a commitment to following them.
• Ability to work through new and difficult React Native issues and contribute to libraries as needed.

Your Impact:

• Implements Digital Consumer experiences based on a foundation of SFCC (Salesforce commerce cloud) to meet expected quality standards
• Ensures functional requirements and high-level solution designs are understood and are translated into detailed technical design
• Implement proofs of concept to prove any new technologies, application flows or integration scenarios and identify customizations needed to SFCC platform for meeting client requirements
• Guides the performance tuning and scalability of the ecommerce solution
• Diagnose and solve technical problems during implementation and support phases

Your Skills & Experience:

• 4-8 Years with 2+ years of implementing commerce application with SFCC in last 3 years
• Demonstrate proficiency in build and release management using CI/CD strategies (leveraging tools like Jenkins and DevOps practices), implement Mocha/Chai unit and functional test cases in order to reduce costs while ensuring quality
• Contributes to designing, implementing and documenting the build release process as well as system configuration and deployment characteristics of the applications
• Participates in technical walkthroughs/ code reviews of other team members’ components, test plans and results and help them with gaps
• Collaborate with architect to define implementation processes and quality gates and standards
• Identifies risks and issues, and help monitor them
• Guides the development of reference and resource materials for SFCC
• Mentors SFCC developers in improving their platform knowledge and development skills
• Communicate technical design to the SFCC developers and help/guide them in the implementation
• Participates in Agile sprints and helps developers understand the strengths and limitations of SFCC

5. Collaborative development with BitBucket or GIT and handling of code merge conflicts
6. Documenting frontend code 
7. Knowledge of Android native and iOS native is a plus
8. Proficient in Linux,  and understanding of Ubuntu OS
9. Knowledge on Firebase or Firestore is a plus
