Key Responsibilities

1. Material & Production Quality Control

 Inspect incoming façade materials (aluminum profiles, glass, brackets, sealants,

fasteners, etc.) for compliance with approved specifications.

 Monitor façade fabrication processes, including cutting, machining, assembly, and

glazing to ensure adherence to quality standards.

 Verify proper calibration and operation of machinery used in façade production.

 Conduct in-process and final inspections of façade panels and units.

2. Installation Site Quality Control

 Inspect façade installation on-site, ensuring alignment, fixing, sealing, waterproofing,

and thermal insulation meet approved drawings and method statements.

 Monitor installation tolerances, anchorage systems, and structural safety

requirements.

 Identify non-conformities at the site and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

3. Testing & Compliance

 Conduct or supervise façade-related tests such as water penetration tests, air

infiltration tests, structural load tests, adhesion tests, and visual inspections.

 Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards (ASTM, BS,

EN, ISO), and local building regulations.

 Prepare and maintain test reports, inspection checklists, and NCRs (Non-

Conformance Reports).

4. Documentation & Reporting

 Maintain detailed QC documentation including ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), MIRs

(Material Inspection Requests), WIRs (Work Inspection Requests), and QC daily

logs.

 Support QA/QC Manager in compiling QA documentation for project handover.

 Track and follow up on corrective actions and improvements.

5. Coordination & Communication

 Coordinate with production supervisors, site engineers, project managers, and

subcontractors regarding quality issues.

 Participate in quality meetings, site inspections, and audits.

 Provide technical guidance and training on quality procedures for façade works.

Qualifications & Skills

Education

 Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,

Architecture, or related field.

Experience

 2–7 years of experience in façade QC, curtain wall systems, cladding, or

aluminum/glass fabrication.

 Knowledge of façade materials, production processes, and installation techniques.

Technical Skills

 Familiarity with quality standards: ASTM, EN, BS, ISO.

 Ability to read engineering drawings and façade shop drawings.

 Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and NCR management.

 Understanding of façade testing procedures.

Required Skills & Experience:

 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle VBCS.

 Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Oracle JET.

 Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle SaaS extensions.

 Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, ADF, PCS, and CI/CD pipelines.

 Understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and related services.

 Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above in computer and related majors

2. More than 5 years of Android development experience, proficient in Java/Kotlin language.

Engineer-Level-3 is required for pre-testing of customized products, suggesting improvements in design, verifying all parameters are met according to technical specifications and developing new projects. Assist the R & D department in developing new products. 

Job description:

• Participate in kick-off meetings for customized projects to finalize technical specifications sheets.
• Interact with customer design during the finalization of the technical specification sheet with the customer. 
• Develop new or modified designs for customized projects.
• Participate in FMEA techniques during the design stage.
• Validate customized projects according to the technical specifications.
• Record, and create reports, graphs, and calculations for test results.
• Determine the failures to meet technical specifications and interact with departments to overcome them. 
•  Suggest modifications, if required for projects to design department
• Interact with design, marketing, and customer for any changes required on the technical specifications sheet.
• Interact with the purchasing department for unsatisfactory performance of BOM (Bill of Materials)
• Interact with the quality department for deviations noticed on manufactured components.
• After ensuring the satisfactory performance of the instrument, prepare a test report and obtain the concurrence of final testing. 
• Introduce value engineering techniques to reduce cost of components. 
• Monitor all departmental projects and test results. 
• Assist R&D department in developing new products.  
• Travel to customer sites for installation and commissioning of instruments, attend troubleshooting and prove out test results as and when required.
• Assembly of components, integration and testing.
• Any other responsibilities are assigned when required.

Requirement:

• BE in Mechatronics/Robotics/Electronics & Instrumentation/Electrical & Electronics
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in product testing
