• Experience in post all bank receipts from the bank statements.
• Experience in post bank receipts once BACS approved by A/C’s supervisor.
• Experience in prepare a bank reconciliation.
• Experience in Post Sales Invoices ( ie. Rental income)
• Experience in Post cash expenses from the cash banking sheets.
• Experience in Post credit card and other staff expenses.
• Experience in Post vending machine income.
• Experience in Post approved purchase invoices on Dropbox.
• Experience in Reconcile supplier statements to the purchase ledger balance
• Liaise with suppliers to resolve any queries.
• Update the fixed assets register for additions and disposals
• Reconciling the Club Banking control accounts and analysing differences by club
• Reconciling supplier statements to the purchase ledger balance
• Setting up the payment run reports
• Undertake additional tasks as required based on reporting structure.

Key tasks are -:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts including P/L, Balance sheet and cash flow
• Revenue and Cash flow forecasts
• Intercompany accounting
• Project accounting and reports.
• Monthly Balance sheet reconciliations
• Developing and managing financial reports and policies
• Help in annual budget and year-end audit
• Prepare and file VAT returns
• Pension Submission

The Individual:

• Previous experience in above tasks is essential.
• ACCA/CIMA or equivalent part-qualification is desirable.
• A working knowledge of Financial Force or similar accounting package
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good knowledge of Business Intelligence software is high desirable but not essential
• Strong English language communication skills and enthusiasm to improve current processes and undertake new duties
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage own workload, contributing pro-actively to delivery of finance objectives.
• Must have a flexible approach to work duties, eager to develop and progress in accounting

• Atleast 5+ years of Certinia/Similar financial product experience required.
• Proven experience of current or prior admin & troubleshooting is required.
• Good experience in Migrations and Integrations.
• Familiarity with Financial Management (FF Accounting/FFA)/similar and Billing Central/similar
• Proven experience in ticket resolution within Certinia/similar financial products & platform
• Proven knowledge of Certinia PSA / similar modules OR similar modules within other financial softwares
• Proficiency in Salesforce basics (Admin certification preferred).
• Proficiency in Certinia ERP (certification preferred).
• Proven experience of working with UK,US, EU clients.
• Strong written and oral communication skill is mandatory.

• Good experience with Batch operator in AutoSys.
• Some experience in Job Scripting will be plus.
• Good experience in Monitoring tools and troubleshooting.
• Excellent experience in Job sequencing and prioritization.
• Should have very good experience in handling escalations.
• Should have experience in Change Management/Control/Change Request (CR).

Certifications : Any certifications related to AutoSys will be a plus.

Skills Required 

Responsibilities:

• To produce a Functional Design Document based on business requirements, when needed.
• To work with the Project Manager in the delivery of the project.
• To ensure the quality of the solution is of a high standard.
• Responsible for ensuring the cost of the proposed solution is within the project budget.
• To ensure any Add-ins used are suitable for the solution, that the latest technology is used and acceptable.
• To work within the constraints of the project as defined by the Project Manager.

Nice to have skills:

• Knowledge of Events and Extensions
• Understanding of M365, MS Teams, SharePoint Knowledge.
• Certifications in the Power Platform Experience of 3rd party products and integrations.
• Knowledge on installations and configurations.

The successful candidate should have

• Experience in offering first class customer service.
• Experience in requirement gathering, FDD (Functional Design Document), integration, solutioning, manual testing.
• Experience in writing specifications for RFC to the development team.
• Minimum of 3+ years’ Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central knowledge.
