The Social Media & Digital Marketing Intern is responsible for assisting the Digital Marketing Manager in implementing Tessacts overall communications and marketing plan -- focusing specifically on digital communications -- to build awareness about Tessact within the community, and  increase its visibility on social media platforms (mainly linkedIn)

1. Community management: designing social media campaigns, creating social media contents, answering to customer’s comments or questions (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram…).
2. Managing the company’s official website.
3. Writing contents for the company’s blog or website.
4. Creating contents for mail diffusion (newsletter…) or online diffusion.
5. Follow-up and improvement of SEO.
6. Helping the marketing team to follow-up and improve the digital marketing strategy

2.  Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills 
3.  Exceptional ability to manage details

8.  A bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled student) in the liberal arts or equivalent work experience 
9.  Understands and can utilize emerging platforms, digital media, and web/social media management and measurement tools (e.g. HootSuite, Google Analytics) 
10.  Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus
11.  Strong working knowledge of email marketing applications (e.g. Constant Contact)

Role Description: A Graphic Designer is one who is responsible for creating video concepts for Mediagarh in the form of creatives, brochures, Presentations, flyers, and basically all types of collaterals for digital platforms.

• Understand Brief Properly

• Client Competitors Research & Industry Specific Research, & Work as per industry trends.

• Make initial Brand Guidelines for a project if not given by the Client.

• Developing management skills and creative knowledge to grow into a Lead Graphic Designer and form a team of 4-5 Graphic Designers.

• Interacting via various channels, such as live chat, emails, social media and direct calls
• Modifying sales pitches in response to customer demand
• Acquiring and retaining contact information databases
• Put forward suggestions in accordance with the requirements of the consumer
• Ensure a smooth procedure for the consumer by transferring windows of opportunity to the appropriate department for further action

• Act as an important team member who can play key role in software development activities.
• Can bridge between Team Lead and Software Engineers
• Understand and implement new requirements with maintaining the existing application

• Strong background with C#, OOPS, Databases and SQL MS SQL
• Sound Knowledge on OOPS concepts and hands-on on OOP.
• Strong skills in troubleshooting the code, problem-solving and thinking skills.
• Nice to have Knowledge SSRS and Crystal Reporting Tool.
• Database concepts and PL/SQL queries (Stored procedures, Functions, Triggers etc).

As a Mobile Software Developer, your primary objective will be to design and build mobile applications for iOS platforms while actively participating in application design discussions and decisions. You will be an integral part of the development and maintenance of the company's products. You will utilize your expertise and your familiarity with iOS and XCode. Additionally, experience with Agile or XP methodologies or related iterative development processes will be necessary to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact. You will also utilize your knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle Tools - source control (Git, SourceTree, SVN), issue tracking, and web service integration (REST, JSON and HTTP).

Strong communication and information gathering skills are required to capture and interpret business and functional requirements, fill in the gaps intelligently, interpolate designs and functionality as necessary, and identify opportunities for process improvements/efficiencies.
