This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The Brand and Growth Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to strengthen brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and lead overall growth initiatives.

The role includes:

Planning, coordinating, and managing marketing campaigns

Analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and performance data

Working closely with sales teams to align marketing and business goals

Overseeing end-to-end project management for marketing initiatives

Ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and optimal outcomes

• Management of hosting environment, including database administration and scaling an application to support load changes.

• Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes in one or more database technologies such as Mongo, MySQL etc.
• Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests.
• Proficient knowledge of a back-end programming language. (Depending on the specific case, a developer should have the knowledge of one or more of Python, Ruby, JavaScript etc.)

Academic Qualifications:

• Engineering degree from a reputed institute
