The Engineering Chapter Lead builds and scales a strong engineering organization with highly skilled and engaged teams, sustainable delivery capabilities, and strong engineering ownership. The role ensures engineering excellence across squads while continuously improving technical capabilities, operational maturity, engineering productivity, and delivery quality.

· Define, track and improve DORA & Engineering KPIs, including:

• Deployment Frequency
• Lead Time / Cycle Time
• Change Failure Rate (CFR)
• Mean Time to Restore (MTTR)
• Production Incident Rate
• Engineering Productivity & Developer Experience \
• Strong Experience in Java, Spring boot, Data Structure and Algorithm

· Drive Engineering Excellence across CI/CD, DevOps, automation, observability, code quality, testing, reliability and operational readiness.

· Provide strong oversight on High-Level Architecture (HLD), System Design, scalability, reliability, maintainability and technical trade-offs, partnering with Architects and Principal Engineers.

· Strong experience in Agile/Scrum, with demonstrated scenarios of improving lead/cycle time, removing engineering bottlenecks and resolving cross-team dependencies.

· Demonstrate strong problem-solving evidence, including RCA of production incidents, performance/scalability challenges, technical debt and delivery issues, backed by measurable improvements.

· Drive Build + Run operational excellence, engineering readiness and sustainable delivery across squads.

· Strong experience in people leadership, hiring, coaching, mentoring, performance management and engineering capability development

Requirements:

• Design and development of digital and Analog electronics for control of high-power electronics systems.

• Start to finish ownership of control boards and other electronics – from specification to design, prototype, and manufacturing.

• Collaborative work with mechanical, digital control, thermal design, and manufacturing test engineers.

• Product level electrical design including component selection, branch circuit design, and insulation coordination. Schematic & PCB layout design

• Start to finish ownership of control boards and other electronics – from specification to design, prototype, and manufacturing.

• Experience with high current power semiconductor selection (IGBTs, MOSFETs, and Diodes), gate drive, and protection circuit design.

• Familiar with schematic capture and power converter circuit simulation tools.

• Experience in the selection and use of DSPs, microcontrollers, and programmable logic devices and their peripheral circuitry (signal conditioning, board-level power supplies).

• Experience in supervision of PCB layout for minimal stray inductance and capacitance, placement strategies for better manufacturability, power/signal plane definition, and EMC optimization.

• Knowledge of environmental, reliability, and safety requirements for Automotive, Industrial & Residential applications.

• Collaborate with BMS HW/FW engineering team to successfully to design, validate and deploy testing tools

• Product level electrical design including component selection, branch circuit design and insulation coordination.

• Experience in designing and supervising circuit design and PCB layout for EMI/EMC compliance

• Experience in designing and supervising circuit design and PCB layout for EMI/EMC compliance

• Fluent in English, ability to communicate with foreign teammates.

PCB Design Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

Job Role:

• Utilize CAD System to prepare printed circuit board (PCB) documentation (e.g., schematic diagrams, layouts, assembly drawings and Bills of Material).
• Create documentation for the manufacture and fabrication of PCBs following PCB Department standards.
• Collaborative work with mechanical, firmware, thermal design, manufacturing test, and DVT engineers.
• Start to finish ownership of controller PCBAs – from specification to design, prototype, and manufacturing.

Required Skills:

• Relevant coursework or work experience.
• High-speed PCB design, board routing from scratch & simulations for EMI/EMC
• PDN analysis
• Experience in the selection and use of DSPs, microcontrollers, and programmable logic devices and their peripheral circuitry (signal conditioning, board-level power supplies.)
• Medium to high volume DFT and DFM.
• Experience in supervision of PCB layout, plane definition, and EMC optimization.
• Proficiency with basic EE tools (scopes, network analyzers, etc.)
• Embedded programming of DSPs and FPGAs in real-time control applications.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of basic control theory, including the importance of sensor bandwidths, and design of compensation networks.
• Knowledge of automotive environmental, reliability, and safety requirements.
• Knowledge of automotive networking (e.g. CAN, LIN) standards.
• Knowledge in power semiconductors and switched-mode power conversion

Education:

• Bachelor or higher degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.

Job Functions / Responsibilities:

Skills:

·        4-6 years of professional experience in mobile application development.

·        Strong proficiency in React Native and JavaScript.

·        Extensive experience with iOS development, including Swift and Objective-C.

·        Knowledge of native iOS libraries and frameworks. Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.

·        Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration.

·        Solid understanding of mobile app design principles and user interface guidelines.

·        You can work independently on solving complex problems and troubleshooting cryptic

bugs

·        Fluent in both spoken and written English
