We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Analyst to support our Business Development team in ensuring the highest level of performance, communication standards, and client engagement. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

 The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will focus on establishing and maintaining positive client relationships from an operational and strategic perspective.
