Relationship Building:

• Develop deep relationships with founders, CXOs, and decision-makers across industries.
• Collaborate closely with the internal investment team to evaluate opportunities for both advisory and co-investment.

Market Research & Intelligence:

• Monitor emerging trends, sectors, and disruptive business models in the startup ecosystem.
• Track competitor activity and ecosystem developments to stay ahead of market shifts.

Fundraising Support:

• Pitch the firm’s advisory services and investment philosophy to startups and entrepreneurs.
• Assist in designing outreach strategies to attract quality fundraising mandates and co-investment opportunities.

Networking & Branding:

• Represent the firm at startup events, pitch competitions, and investor forums.
• Build thought leadership and enhance the firm’s brand presence within the startup and investment ecosystem.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Education:

We build and iterate over our core platform that handles orders, payments, delivery promises, order tracking & logistics integrations.

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead its development across web, mobile and in-store devices. You will be responsible to work closely with business leaders to understand the developer needs and device solutions through developer tools and services. The role incumbent will be managing a team of in-house & outsourced developers and will be responsible for defining the technical roadmap, project delivery and maintenance of systems developed in-house. Responsibilities:

• 6-8 years of overall developer experience with a minimum 12-18 months in the GoLang toolkit – very familiar with all the frameworks and tools needed to manage and further build an end to end ecommerce platform in GoLang
• Prior experience in managing a team of min 4-6 engineers
• Hands-on management with deep-dive into the details of software design, implementation and debugging
