About Jinn AI
Most retail sales happen in conversations at the counter, and almost none of them are measured. Jinn AI changes that. Our AI wearables capture in-store sales conversations and turn them into coaching, conversion insights and leadership analytics for high-value retail brands. We're founded by serial entrepreneurs from IIT and IIM with 25+ years in B2B tech, and we're now taking Jinn to the US.
The role
You'll be the first person dedicated to building Jinn's presence primarily with US buyers. You'll work directly with the founders, create content people actually read, grow a community of US retail leaders, and turn that attention into qualified leads. Every part of the role has a number attached, and you'll own those numbers.
What you'll do
• Content (about 40%)
– Write 3–4 LinkedIn posts a week for the founders and the company page, in their voice
– Publish 2 SEO-led blogs a month on retail sales, store performance and AI on the floor
– Turn customer wins into case studies: interview the client team, pull the numbers, write it up
• Inbound and lead funnel (about 35%)
– Drive US traffic to the website through LinkedIn, SEO and newsletter, with UTM tracking on every link
– Set up and run lead capture: demo requests, gated case studies, webinars, newsletter sign-ups
– Build US target account lists, map buyers, and draft outreach sequences (the founders send)
– Qualify inbound leads against our ICP and hand them to the founders in the CRM
• Community (about 25%)
– Build and run a community of US retail sales and operations leaders (newsletter plus a LinkedIn group)
– Host a monthly virtual roundtable or AMA with a retail leader
– Engage daily with US retail voices and invite the right people in
Key result areas
What we'll measure to be around:
- Content output / Reach and engagement
- Inbound traffic / Lead funnel
- Outbound support
- Community
- Reporting
Who we're looking for
• You write clearly and simply in English, and can show us things you've written
• You're curious about how businesses work, like turning a messy idea into a sharp point, and are comfortable living in spreadsheets and analytics
• You use AI tools daily, but know a first draft isn't a finished one
• You take feedback without getting defensive, and act on it the same day
• Bonus: you've grown a LinkedIn, newsletter, blog or college publication; you read a lot of US B2B content
Final-year students and recent graduates (0–1 year) welcome. Your degree subject doesn't matter.
What you get
• Your work goes live under the company's name from week one
• You'll learn the whole B2B funnel, from a post to a booked meeting, and the tools behind it: web analytics, LinkedIn analytics and a CRM
• You'll work directly with the founders on positioning and selling to US enterprise buyers
• A published portfolio with real numbers attached, and a full-time offer for strong performers
Internship Stipend: 20k / month; FT Compensation Range: 5 - 7 LPA (depending on outcomes/performance)

About Crea8
"Will this product work for me?" sounds like a simple question. The skincare industry has spent decades making sure it isn’t. Most skincare content online is confusing, biased, or brand-driven. We think that's broken.
Crea8 is a skincare personalisation engine that helps D2C brands guide every user to the right products, based on what’s inside them. It combines skin profiling, ingredient-level formulation analysis, and explainable AI to deliver personalised recommendations that build trust, improve conversion, and increase customer lifetime value.
Users like what we’ve built. Brands are only beginning to discover us. Until we get in front of them, Crea8 is a product people like, not a business. Marketing must bridge that gap by showing brands how effective personalisation can improve conversion and engagement.
If you want a startup line for your CV, this is not the place. If you want to build something from scratch next to the founder, keep reading.
The role
Help win Crea8’s first paying skincare brands by generating discovery calls through targeted outreach and persuasive content. Over time, build Crea8’s visibility and trust so more brands reach out to us directly.
What you’ll accomplish
Outbound: Generate discovery calls with skincare brands through email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels using existing content automation systems.
Inbound: Build Crea8’s visibility and credibility through content, press, and other channels that encourage brands to reach out to us.
Partnerships and Relationships: Build relationships with people at and around target brands, create opportunities for introductions, and turn these connections into conversations.
Build a repeatable marketing system with clear metrics, documented learnings, and evidence of what works.
What a week can look like
You’ll run email campaigns, manage the CRM pipeline, publish content, pitch relevant publications and creators, and test new channels.
You’ll track what generates business opportunities, build industry relationships, and show brands how Crea8 addresses their challenges.
Who we are looking for
Strong communication skills matter. You should be comfortable writing persuasive messages, reaching out to people you don’t know, following up, and finding better ways to get a response.
A willingness to question conventional marketing approaches, figure out what works for us, track results, and adjust when something isn’t working is equally important.
While 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing, growth, or sales is preferred, it isn’t required. If you have less experience, show us something you’ve grown or built on your own.
Pay, equity and employment
Employment:
Full-time from day one, with a three-month probation period.
Stipend and Progression:
₹15,000 per month for the first three months, increasing to ₹20,000 per month from month four, on successful completion of probation. As Crea8 grows, my aim is to improve compensation based on business performance, your contribution, and what the company can sustainably support.
The role includes an equity grant, with the exact grant finalised before the offer letter. This allows you to participate in Crea8’s long-term growth.
Location:
Bengaluru preferred. Remote work available, with one in-person day per week for Bengaluru-based candidates.
How we work
You work with me, not under me.
I value initiative and independent thinking, and I know you don’t like being micromanaged when you like your work.
We care about outcomes, but we also understand that experiments won't always succeed. What matters is that we learn from the results, communicate openly, and make better decisions over time.
Founder’s Note
I started Crea8 because people deserve better information about the skincare products they use. The industry relies heavily on marketing claims, leaving consumers unsure what to put on their skin. For brands, this means high acquisition costs, low conversion, and weak customer lifetime value.
Our consumer product has attracted 20,000+ users, with 14% purchase conversion, average sessions exceeding 20 minutes, and 3.8 products per purchasing user. Now, we’re focused on turning that traction into a sustainable business by bringing our personalisation engine to skincare brands.
I’ve taken the product as far as I can alone. As my first full-time hire, you’ll help win our first brand customers and build a marketing system that eventually brings brands to us.
I’m looking for someone who wants to do more than execute tasks. You’ll have the freedom to challenge my thinking, experiment with new approaches, and build systems we can keep improving.
Your work will directly shape how Crea8 grows.
We’re still pre-revenue, which means there’s plenty to build and learn. If you’re ambitious about your own growth and want to take ownership of something from the early stages, I’d like to hear from you.
Important Note: Submit your resume, work samples, and a brief cover letter to hello(at)crea8.co.in. Please include your relevant experience and why you believe you would be a good fit for the role.

Hey there!
We are looking for a sharp, hands-on digital marketer to join our Marketing team at Procedure. We're an engineering services company built with AI at our core since day one, not bolted on later. Before we dive into the job description, allow us to introduce ourselves.
Our team is a mixed bag. Of the smart and the hard workers. Of the organised and slightly chaotic. Of the early risers and the burners of the midnight oil. We appreciate diversity and truly like having differing perspectives in the room.
We pride ourselves on being early adopters of the latest tools, libraries and frameworks while delivering business value all the time. People who work with us fall in love with their craft. We have changed the definition of "work" for them.
Here are some of our beliefs about work
- Work is only 1 part of your life and not your entire life. We treat it as such.
- Weekends are sacred and not to be messed around with. You won't be asked to work on one.
- Commuting is a waste of time. Working from home saves you additional time. Go crazy with it.
- Asynchronous by-default. Synchronous communication is expensive, so we default to writing docs and literature to enable async communication.
Apart from work, we continually invest in growing you as a professional and a human.
- Book club — broaden your horizons by picking up a book every month and have fun doing so
- P1, The Half Yearly Tech Conference — here's where we explore futuristic themes to keep you informed about what's happening in the tech space outside our office.
- Mumbai Meets AI (MMAI) — our quarterly community meetup where engineers and AI practitioners come together. You'll help shape how we take this to market.
Growth requires mentorship
We believe choosing a mentor is more important than choosing a company. You'll work directly with our marketing lead, who'll mentor you on building a marketing engine from first principles — not from a playbook someone else wrote.
What's it like here
We love debating over tools and strategies. Ahrefs or Semrush? Long-form or programmatic? DR or traffic first? If you have opinions about why most B2B content is forgettable and how to fix it, you'll fit right in. Continuous improvement is at the heart of everything we do at work and outside.
This sounds good. But what exactly will you work on?
This isn't a "post on social media and send the weekly report" role. You'll own the systems that drive organic visibility and inbound leads for a B2B engineering consultancy targeting decision-makers in the US and India. Here's what that looks like:
Content SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
You'll own the organic pipeline end-to-end. That means keyword research, SERP gap analysis, on-page optimization, and making sure our content gets cited by LLMs like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude, not just ranked on Google. We care deeply about being the answer, not just being on page one.
You'll work with our content and engineering teams to ensure every blog, service page, and technology page is structured for both human readers and AI retrieval. Think: FAQ schema, AEO short-answer blocks, clean heading hierarchy, internal link architecture.
Backlink Outreach and DR Growth
You'll run outreach campaigns to grow our Domain Rating. That means identifying high-DR targets, managing outreach sequences, building relationships with editors and publishers, and finding creative ways to earn editorial backlinks that actually move the needle.
You should be comfortable reading a referring domains report in Ahrefs and knowing exactly what to do next.
GA4, GTM, and Dashboards
You'll own our measurement stack. GA4 property setup, GTM container management, custom event tracking, conversion goals, and reporting. We use Looker Studio for dashboards. You'll build and maintain dashboards that the team actually uses to make decisions: traffic by channel, AI referral tracking, content performance, lead attribution.
If you've set up custom channel groups in GA4 (like tracking AI assistant referral traffic separately), we'll get along well.
What you won't be doing
- You won't be writing blog posts. We have a content writer and a structured editorial pipeline for that.
- You won't be designing carousels or editing videos. We have a designer for that.
- You won't be posting on LinkedIn and X. We have someone handling social execution.
- Your job is the engine underneath all of it: the data, the visibility, the systems, and the growth.
Here's what we expect from you
- 3-4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in a B2B or tech services context. You've done this before, not just read about it.
- SEO is second nature to you. You understand keyword difficulty, search intent, content gaps, internal linking strategy, and technical SEO basics (crawlability, canonical tags, structured data). You've moved the needle on organic traffic for a real website.
- You've done AEO and GEO, not just read about them. Answer Engine Optimization and Generative Engine Optimization are not buzzwords to you. You've structured content that got cited by LLMs, tracked that traffic, and tied it back to pipeline. You've had targets around AI-driven MQLs and you've hit them. We want someone who's proven this works, not someone who's still tinkering.
- You've set up GA4 properties from scratch, configured GTM containers, created custom events, and built dashboards in Looker Studio (or similar). You can trace a lead from first touch to form submission.
- You've done backlink outreach. You know the difference between a directory listing and an editorial backlink. You've used Ahrefs (or Semrush/Moz) to analyze competitor backlink profiles and find opportunities.
- You can build dashboards people actually look at. Looker Studio, Google Sheets with data connectors, or similar. You know that a dashboard nobody checks is worse than no dashboard at all.
- You've worked on websites and landing pages. You've been involved in building, optimizing, or managing website pages and landing pages that convert. You understand what makes a high-intent page work: structure, copy, CTAs, page speed, and how it all ties back to the funnel.
- You use AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT as thinking partners. For research, for ideation, for breaking down complex problems. Not for copy-pasting AI-generated fluff. You know the difference, and it shows in your work.
- You write clearly. Not blog posts, but briefs, reports, Slack messages, outreach emails. Clear thinking shows up in clear writing.
Tools you'll work with
- SEO/AEO: Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog
- Analytics: GA4, GTM, Looker Studio
- AI: Claude Pro, ChatGPT Plus (premium licenses provided)
- Ops: Notion, Slack
- Outreach: Email (your preferred tool), LinkedIn
The fine print
- Experience: 3-4 years
- Location: Mumbai
- Reports to: Marketing Head
- Team: You'll collaborate daily with our content writer, social media manager, designer, and engineering team.
If you've read this far and thought "this is exactly the kind of marketing I want to do," we should talk. Apply now.
About Monsoonfish
Monsoonfish is a premier design and brand strategy consultancy specializing in UX/UI design, product strategy, and corporate branding. We build impactful digital products and brand experiences for both internal initiatives and a diverse roster of forward-thinking clients. We value high integrity, extreme ownership, and a deep-seated passion for quality over rigid corporate structures.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven, strategic, and deeply creative Senior Content Writer & Marketing Manager. This is a hybrid, multi-faceted role divided into three core pillars:
- Brand Custodian & Marketing Lead for Monsoonfish: Driving the strategic growth, brand equity, and lead generation engines for Monsoonfish itself.
- Client-Facing Content & Strategy Consultant: Spearheading copy, UX writing, and marketing content for our clients’ websites, branding projects, and digital products.
- AI Transition & Infrastructure: Helping Monsoonfish evolve into an AI-enabled marketing organization by establishing scalable workflows, documentation systems, content repositories, and brand frameworks that improve efficiency, consistency, and quality.
This is a self-driven, high-ownership role where micromanagement does not exist. Working hand-in-hand with our internal Design Leader, you will lead from the front, safeguarding the Monsoonfish brand archetype while executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Location: In-Office (Pune, MH), with performance-based, flexible WFH exceptions.
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience Level: Mid-to-Senior level (5+ years preferred in marketing, copy/content writing, or agency environments)
Key Responsibilities
Pillar 1: Monsoonfish Brand Strategy & Marketing (Internal)
Brand Custodianship:
Act as the ultimate gatekeeper for the Monsoonfish brand. Ensure every internal and external touchpoint—from social media to HR appointment letters, exit documents, proposals, case studies, and pitch decks—aligns perfectly with our brand archetype, tone of voice, and visual standards.
Lead Generation & Growth:
Design and execute short-term marketing initiatives to generate high-quality inbound B2B leads and prospective clients.
Social Media & Content Management:
- Develop and execute comprehensive content calendars and thematic content buckets.
- Script, write, and conceptualize diverse content formats: text posts, long-form articles, carousels, and video/film scripts.
- Manage and distribute content across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Medium, Dribbble, and the corporate website/blog.
- Collaborate directly with internal graphic designers and video editors to bring visual narratives to life.
Agency Management & SEO/AIO:
Partner with the internal Marketing Design Leader to co-manage external agency partners (such as our SEO/AIO agency). Act as the content anchor, ensuring everything the agency requires—headlines, meta tags, landing pages, and web collaterals—is perfectly written, aligned with our brand, and delivered efficiently.
"Cognilense" Publication Expansion:
Cognilense is Monsoonfish's knowledge and thought-leadership initiative focused on design psychology, UX principles, cognitive biases, and decision-making frameworks.
Take ownership of our proprietary publication house (Cognilense—covering UX laws, cognitive biases, mental models, etc.).
- Manage and scale distribution across Amazon and retail formats.
- Strategize, innovate, and market Cognilense Workshops to establish Monsoonfish as a thought leader in the design ecosystem.
Employer Branding:
Naturally attract elite design and engineering talent/interns through outstanding cultural and brand marketing.
Pillar 2: Client Content & Strategy (External)
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with our internal product strategists, brand designers, and UX/UI teams to deliver comprehensive design and marketing solutions to clients.
End-to-End Copywriting:
Take full ownership of the text-based deliverables for client projects, spanning website copywriting, UX copy, brand taglines, product messaging, and go-to-market collaterals.
Adaptability:
Swiftly adapt your writing style and tone to match various client industries, personas, and unique brand voices.
Pillar 3: AI Transition & Infrastructure
AI-Led Workflow Documentation:
Lead the marketing department's transition into an AI-augmented workflow.
Repository Management:
Build, organize, and maintain digital frameworks, rules, content repositories, tone-of-voice guidelines, and brand archetype style guides that will feed into and support future internal AI-based tools.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Your success in this role will be directly measured by:
- Inbound Lead Velocity: Growth in prospective business queries and B2B leads generated via marketing channels.
- Brand Equity & Visibility: Measurable increase in organic reach, engagement, and authority across key platforms (LinkedIn, Medium, etc.).
- Delivery Quality & Integrity: Consistently delivering thoughtful, high-quality, strategically sound content for both internal brand initiatives and client projects on schedule.
- Project Pipeline for Cognilense: Expansion of retail reach and successful corporate/educational sign-ups for Cognilense workshops.
- Vendor Efficiency: Successful collaboration with external agencies alongside the Design Leader to meet SEO and growth targets.
What We Look For (Requirements)
Technical & Creative Skills
- Proven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or Marketing Manager (agency or design studio experience is a massive plus).
- Exceptional command of the English language, with the ability to pivot seamlessly between business-focused B2B positioning and human-centric UX copy.
- Familiarity with modern SEO practices and a keen interest in AI Engine Optimization (AIO).
- Collaborative Vendor Management: Prior experience working with or managing external marketing/SEO agencies to deliver business results.
- Hands-on experience creating social media content calendars and managing cross-functional creative workflows (working with designers/video editors).
- Comfortable with leveraging AI tools ethically to scale and optimize internal processes.
Behavioral Traits & Culture Fit
- Extreme Ownership: You do not wait to be told what to do. You spot gaps, build strategies, and execute them independently.
- High Integrity: Honesty, direct communication, and commitment to top-tier delivery are non-negotiable.
- Collaborative Leadership: You are a team player who can share ownership with a Design Leader, put your hand up to help others, and comfortably ask for help when a project requires collective brainpower.
- Flexibility: While we don’t watch the clock, you are willing to occasionally jump on late evening calls or extend hours when critical client deliveries demand it.
Culture & Perks
- Output-Driven Freedom: We do not track hours or micromanage your day. If you deliver world-class work with total integrity, you enjoy immense autonomy.
- Hybrid Flexibility: This is primarily an in-office position to foster deep design collaboration, but hybrid/WFH exceptions are readily granted based on performance, trust, and rapport.
- Direct Impact: Your strategic footprint will be visible daily on both our corporate brand trajectory and the products we build for clients globally.
