Position Overview

As a Field Collection Officer, you will meet customers in person in your assigned area to resolve overdue loan accounts that earlier digital and tele-calling efforts could not close. You will handle a mix of products — personal loans, business loans, credit cards, and microfinance — working to a daily case list generated by our app, and reporting to the State Collections Manager for your region.

What You'll Do

• Visit customers at their residential or business addresses within your assigned territory.
• Work through the daily and monthly case list shared on the Jatayu app, following the suggested route and priority.
• Hold professional, respectful conversations with customers about their overdue amounts and repayment options.
• Negotiate realistic payment commitments and follow up consistently until the case is resolved.
• Collect payments strictly through authorised channels and issue valid receipts every time.
• Update every visit outcome, customer response, and collection in the app on the same day.
• Work within RBI fair practices guidelines on permitted visit timings, conduct, and borrower privacy.
• Coordinate with your State Collections Manager and share regular field updates on difficult cases.
• Build local knowledge of your area — routes, communities, and customer patterns — to improve conversion.

What You'll Bring

Must-Have

• 12th pass minimum; graduates preferred.
• Comfort with daily field work, travel, and face-to-face customer conversations.
• DRA certification, or willingness to complete the RBI-mandated DRA training after joining.
• Willingness to cover a 30-40 km radius within your assigned area each day.
• Good communication and convincing skills in the local language.
• A smartphone and the ability to use a mobile app for daily case updates.

Good-to-Have

• 1-3 years of field collections experience with a bank, NBFC, or collection agency.
• Exposure to specific buckets such as microfinance or NPA accounts.
• Working knowledge of RBI fair practices and recovery conduct norms.
• A two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.

Position Overview

We do not have a finance function yet. Revenue arrives in USD, most of our creator payments go out in USD, and everything in between is currently held together by founders, an external CA firm, and a handful of operational workarounds. This role exists to change that. You will bring day-to-day finance in-house and build the systems that let the business run without the founders in the weeds.

What You'll Do

• Own the full USD-INR cycle end to end: inbound remittances, documentation, outbound creator payments, and cutting forex conversion losses at every step.
• Run internal payroll and creator payouts on a fixed cadence, calculated, checked, and on time, across a large base of US-based creators and the internal team.
• Build a management information system that reflects how the business actually operates, and reconcile it against the books of accounts and bank cash flows.
• Manage our external CA and CS partners — review their work, catch errors, and keep GST, TDS, FEMA, and statutory filings on track.
• Track invoices raised against receivables collected and flag collection risk early.
• Hunt down cost leaks — bank commissions, idle cash, avoidable consultant spend — and propose better structures with clear trade-offs.
• Write finance and admin SOPs from scratch where none exist, and rebuild the ones that no longer hold.
• Own finance and administration operations end to end, escalating only what genuinely needs a founder decision.

What You'll Bring

Must-Have

• CA, CPA, or ACCA — completed or actively tracking toward it.
• CA freshers post-articleship are welcome; other backgrounds should bring roughly one to three years of relevant experience.
• Working command of accounting fundamentals and what the numbers actually mean for a business, not just how they are calculated.
• Practical understanding of GST, TDS, and cross-border payment documentation.
• Ability to define a problem and its constraints end to end before reaching for a solution.
• Clear, fluent English — you will interact directly with US-based creators, vendors, and partners.
• Comfort building process from scratch in an environment that is still being figured out.

Good-to-Have

• Exposure to cross-border remittances, treasury, or forex cost optimisation.
• Experience in a high-growth startup or an execution-heavy advisory or transaction-services team.
• Hands-on experience preparing an MIS and reconciling it with the books.
• Familiarity with payroll and creator or vendor payout platforms.

We are looking for an all-rounder Content & Marketing Associate to help make SUIND's work visible, understandable, and exciting. You will travel to the field, meet farmers, and turn real deployment stories into compelling video, graphic, and written content — from first shoot to final publish.

What You'll Do:

• Travel to field locations to shoot farmer testimonials, drone demos, and product stories.
• Shoot, edit, and publish short-form video content end-to-end for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other channels.
• Present confidently on camera and help others tell their story naturally.
• Design brochures, flyers, pitch decks, case studies, and marketing collateral.
• Write technical explainers, captions, and product communication that simplify complex technology.
• Take ownership of social-media channels — deciding formats, riding trends, and reviewing engagement.
• Coordinate with the operations team to schedule and join early-morning field shoots.
• Organise and maintain photo, video, and content libraries.

What You'll Bring
