We are looking for a Junior Editor to join the editorial team at Creative Brands ( https://creativebrandsmag.com/ ). Reporting to the Editor-in-Chief, this full-time role is ideal for someone passionate about the creative, advertising, media, and branding ecosystem, particularly in India and South Asia.
Key Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and curate daily content for the Creative Brands website covering advertising, media, brands, PR, campaigns, industry trends, events, and people movements.
- Research, adapt, edit, and repurpose industry content for editorial publishing.
- Conduct 2–3 industry interviews per month (phone or email) with guidance and training from the editorial team.
- Upload and manage content through the website CRM on a daily basis.
- Stay updated on the creative industry landscape, including agencies, brands, media leaders, and key influencers.
- Collaborate with the editorial team and company directors to build relationships with industry stakeholders.
- Support and manage Creative Brands’ social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X), while working with the tech team to track engagement and performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, English, Media Studies, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong English writing and editing skills with a good command of language and style.
- Ability to ideate, write clean copy, and work with minimal supervision.
- Interest in advertising, media, branding, communication, and the creative economy.
- Willingness to learn and grow through structured editorial training.
