Job Summary:

We are looking for a senior-level Technical Consultant to lead the technical design, development, and architecture of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions. As a technical authority, you will translate complex functional requirements into robust, scalable, and high-performance applications. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a balance between deep technical development (approx. 60%) and solution architecture/mentorship (approx. 40%). The ideal candidate has over a decade of experience, mastery of the D365 F&O technical framework, and expertise in extending the platform using Azure services, Power Platform, and custom AI agents via Copilot Studio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Architecture & Design: Lead the technical design of customizations, integrations, and data migration strategies, ensuring all solutions adhere to Microsoft's extension-based, cloud-first best practices.
• Custom Development & AI Extensibility: Develop complex features using X++, C#, and the extension framework. Create and extend AI-powered functionalities by building custom agents in Copilot Studio and integrating with Azure AI Services.
• System Integration: Architect and build real-time and asynchronous integrations using OData, Custom APIs, Logic Apps, and Dual-write.
• Performance Engineering & Optimization: Proactively monitor, diagnose, and resolve performance issues. Conduct code reviews and optimize X++ queries, batch processes, and integrations to ensure application health.
• DevOps & Environment Management: Own the Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline, including build automation, code branching (Git), and release management via Lifecycle Services (LCS).

• Leading the technical delivery of multi-country D365 F&O rollouts.

Required Technical Skills and Qualifications:

We are seeking a skilled Senior QA Engineer with (2–5 years) experience and a strong foundation in backend API testing, AI system evaluation, and production-quality test automation. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on backend/API testing, strong coding skills in Python, TypeScript, or Java, with a passion for building eval infrastructure for AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute eval datasets and regression harnesses for production AI systems - voice agents and enterprise chat platforms.
• Collaborate with AI engineering teams to embed quality gates into PR workflows - eval scores before merge, not after.
• Build and own LLM-as-judge harnesses, golden datasets, and prompt regression suites.
• Write and maintain automated test frameworks using Pytest, REST Assured, or equivalent coded frameworks.
• Perform API and backend testing across microservices and async LLM pipelines.
• Design observability dashboards so anyone can answer "did the AI get worse this week?" with a chart, not gut feel.

Key Requirements:

• 4–7 years of experience in QA / SDET / Quality Engineering.

• 2+ years with modern test frameworks - Pytest / REST Assured / JUnit / Vitest / Jest.
• Hands-on with microservices, async pipelines, and event-driven architecture.

Lead Cloud Reliability Engineer

● Lead and manage the Cloud Reliability teams to provide strong Managed Services support to end-customers.
