Our missions are bold and hence we are on constant look out for people who are exemplary and want to build the future with us.   What you’ll do  Research and identify solutions to software issues Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and network configuration Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers) Provide prompt and accurate feedback Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting Prepare accurate and timely reports Things you’ll need  3+ years’ experience in solution integration/delivering, testing, and interfacing with customers. Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to maintain focus in fast paced environment. Ability to thoroughly document the custom solution down to API calls. Formulate and execute integration tests, load tests, and performance tests. Strong knowledge of APIs, SDKs, scripting, and ETL. Understanding of Web Services, Internet architecture, SQL, and software development. Self-motivated and self-managed with a high degree of dependability. Excellent communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other supportive program, or commensurate technology industry experience preferred.   Tech Skills SQL (comfortable with database & query language) Strong with UNIX / Linux command line environment Understand what is an API / webservice; should be able to use Postman ETL , NiFi ETL experience is mandatory (NiFi preferable) AWS experience is a plus SFDC, ROR experience is an added advantage   Non Tech Skills Should have excellent communication skills – verbal & written
