Job Summary: Wissen Technology is hiring a Data Engineer with expertise in Python, Pandas, Airflow, and Azure Cloud Services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience with Kubernetes.

Experience: 4-7 years

Notice Period: Immediate- 15 days

Location: Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore

Mode of Work: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain data pipelines using Python and Pandas.
• Implement and manage workflows using Airflow.
• Utilize Azure Cloud Services for data storage and processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data lifecycle.
• Optimize and scale data infrastructure to meet business needs.

Qualifications and Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Python (Must Have).
• Strong experience with Pandas (Must Have).
• Expertise in Airflow (Must Have).
• Experience with Azure Cloud Services.
• Good communication skills.

Good to Have Skills:

• Experience with Pyspark.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes.

Must Have: 

● Experience in Java or Core Java (7+ years) 

● Experience in SpringBoot (4+years) 

● Good Knowledge of Microservice, Multithreading, design pattern Concept 

● Framework: SpringBoot, Spring Security, JAX-RS, Hystrix, Kafka 

● ORM: Spring Data JPA. Hibernate 

● Cloud Service: AWS(MSK, S3), Serverless lambda Functions 

● Build tools: Maven, Gradle 

● Good To Have: Spring Webflux, Web Client, ecommerce domain experience. 

• Participate heavily in the brainstorming of UI/UX architecture and feature design
• Interface with external customers and key stakeholders to understand and document design requirements
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, Product, UX, BD, and Infrastructure teams
• Drive best coding practices across the company (i.e. documentation, code reviews, coding standards, etc)
• Perform security, legal, and license reviews of committed code
• Complete projects with little or no supervision from senior leadership

• Must have at least 2+ years experience in front-end web development with the following tools: HTML5, CSS, Webpack, Responsive web design, ReactJS (Components, Router, Redux, Flux, Chart Libraries i.e. Google Charts), Node.js, REST APIs, and other essential features)
• Built and deployed customer-facing services and products at scale
• Developed unit and integration tests
• Solid instruction-level understanding of Object Oriented design, data structures, and software engineering principles

• You have a strong background in natural language processing, statistical modeling, and/or machine learning
• Experience with open source projects in a startup environment
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems that have thousands of microservices and manages millions of transactions per day
• Worked on products where experimentation and data science are core to the development
• Experience with Python and API frameworks (Flask)
• BS, MS or equivalent

Principal Software Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science or related field
• At least 6+ years of experience with at least 4 years of software application design experience
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• A full stack generalist with experience in both front-end and back-end technologies
• Proven experience in high-level programming languages, like Java and Development of scalable Web Applications and Web Services
• Experience in JavaScript frameworks like Angular, React, NodeJS
• Passion for delivering products end-to-end, from ideation to implementation
• Proven experience building complex web applications and micro services
• Strong experience with Spring Boot stack (spring cloud, spring-data)
• Extensive experience in developing and consuming REST APIs
• Experience in PHP is a plus advantage

Responsibilities:

• Participate in design reviews and recommend improvements
• Provide technical guidance in software design and development activities
• Recommend new technologies to ensure quality and improve productivity
• Support in all phases of SDLC and ensure delivery of high-quality products
• Analyse business requirements and design/develop most effective technical solution
• Analyse and troubleshoot application issues in a timely fashion
• Work with other engineers in planning, prioritising and executing assigned tasks within deadlines

x• Work with QA team in preparing test cases and assist in automation

• Mentor other Engineers as and when required
• Assist in maintenances and upgrades of existing software applications
• Assist in risk assessment and mitigation activities.
• Assist in technical audits and make sure to implement audit recommendations.

• At least 6+ years of experience in Manual Testing
• At least 3+ years of experience in Automation Testing using Selenium / Cucumber / Karate Frameworks.
• Strong inclination towards delivering quality software.
• Should be a good team player. Should have experience working in Agile Scrum Teams.
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience working in Agile Methodology.
• Good understanding of Data-Driven, Keyword Driven, and Hybrid Framework
• Experienced in writing SQL queries.
• Experienced in Test Life cycle and Bug Life cycle.
