We are currently scouting for

• Sales forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts to help the organization make informed decisions on sales targets, revenue goals, and resource allocation
• Pipeline management: Analyze and optimize the sales pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads and opportunities, and work closely with the sales team to identify areas of improvement
• Sales process optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize the sales process to maximize efficiency and effectiveness, and work with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and tools
• Sales reporting and analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to identify trends and areas of opportunity, and work with the sales team to develop actionable insights
• Sales enablement: Work closely with the sales team to provide the tools, resources, and training they need to succeed, including sales training, product information, and customer insights
• Territory management: Develop and manage sales territories to maximize revenue

Must Haves:

• Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
• 3 to 8 years of experience required in sales
• Strong knowledge of consumer appliances, their features, and market trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport, team management & conflict man agent
• Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment

• As a lead engineer, you will be expected to execute and deliver large and complex projects end-to-end, with or without the involvement of other team members.
• Participate in code reviews, app architecture, and design discussions.
• Ensuring timely delivery of all product deliverables.
• Be the go-to person for the team for guidance and troubleshooting. 
• Mentoring junior developers and set best practices for coding, reviews, etc.
• Ensuring performance and scalability in all new product features being developed. 

• Overall of 5+ years of expertise in at least one dynamic programming language like Python and one MVC web framework, preferably Django.
• Experience in at least one frontend framework, preferably React.js
• Expertise in database modeling, preferably relational DB, spotting DB bottlenecks, and writing optimized DB queries.
• Expertise in all common AWS cloud technologies, knowledge of CI/CD tools, and workflows.

About the Role

Technical:-

·      Architect and Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable, efficient, and maintainable software architectures using Node.js.

·      Backend Development: Develop and maintain server-side applications and APIs using Node.js, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and security.

·      Code Implementation: Write clean, well-organized, and documented code that aligns with best practices and coding standards.

·      Database Management: Hands-on experience, with MongoDB

·      Troubleshooting and Bug Fixing: Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks promptly.

·      Code Reviews: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to architectural guidelines.

·      Performance Optimization: Analyse and optimize application performance through profiling, tuning, and implementing best practices.

·      Technology Evaluation: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Node.js and related technologies, and make recommendations for technology adoption

Non-Technical:-

What you have to offer

Must-Have:-

·      Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

·      Minimum of 4-5 years of professional experience in backend development, with at least 2-3 years focused on Node.js.

·      Strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript, including asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, and familiarity with frameworks like Express.js.

·      Experience working with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL, including database design and optimization.

·      Proficiency in version control tools (e.g. Git) and collaborative development workflows.

·      Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and best practices.

·      Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues.

Good To Have :-

·      Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
