Experience in recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders.Knowledgeable about different US work Visas like H1B, E3, and TN.

Familiarity with different US Tax terms is required (1099/W2/Corp-Corp).

Strong understanding of technical requirements.

Ability to display deep sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment skills.

Should be self-motivated as well as a team player.

The ability to think analytically so as to consider all applicants and recommend the right fit for the organization.

Requirements For Freshers candidates :

2. IT recruiters may need to have knowledge of IT and technical concepts. They may also need to be proficient in recruiting techniques like head hunting, calling, and networking. 

Responsibilities : 

* Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US.

* Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers.

* Work on strategic global hiring programs.

* Develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organization.

* Procure people for different IT Requirements.

Use niche platforms related to IT, to source potential candidates.

* Personally conduct interviews, document the same, and report as the need arises.

* In addition to executing individual responsibility should be able to work in unison with the other departments with the Company’s growth perspective in mind.

* Keeping abreast of the industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive comprehensive testing strategies across multiple projects.
• Design and maintain scalable test automation frameworks (UI/API).
• Lead end-to-end testing efforts including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Ensure test coverage of business-critical features across web, desktop, and/or mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, BAs, product owners) to clarify requirements and ensure testability.
• Perform exploratory, regression, smoke, sanity, performance, and security testing as required.
• Identify quality risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Mentor and train junior QA engineers and set QA best practices.
• Contribute to continuous integration and continuous testing initiatives.
• Drive process improvement initiatives within the QA team.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in software testing with a solid understanding of QA methodologies.
• Strong experience in automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, or similar.
• Solid knowledge of REST API testing tools such as Postman, Swagger, or SoapUI.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum or DevOps environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps. And Appium experience
• Strong understanding of programming/scripting languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience using test case and defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr).
• Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent QA certification.
• Experience testing SaaS, enterprise platforms, or mobile applications.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud testing tools.
• Performance testing experience with JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar.
• Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., finance, healthcare) is a plus.

Data Engineer

Experience: 4–6 years

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflows.
• Manage and optimize cloud-native data platforms on Azure with Databricks and Apache Spark (1–2 years).
• Implement CI/CD workflows and monitor data pipelines for performance, reliability, and accuracy.
• Work with relational databases (Sybase, DB2, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and ensure efficient SQL query performance.
• Apply data warehousing concepts including dimensional modelling, star schema, data vault modelling, Kimball and Inmon methodologies, and data lake design.
• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using open-source frameworks such as Apache Spark and Apache Airflow.
• Integrate and process data streams from message queues and streaming platforms (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a geographically distributed setup.
• Leverage Jupyter notebooks for data exploration, analysis, and visualization.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python with experience in Pandas, NumPy, Flask.
• Hands-on experience with pipeline monitoring and CI/CD workflows.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with Git for version control.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with ability to work independently.

o  IBS (Indoor Small Cell/WiFi/UBR (P2P/P2MP)) : Battery & SMPS, Electrical Panel, Energy Readings of energy meters, Earthing & Power System, Alarm extension to NOC, Security Alarm System testing.

o  Small Cell / L2 Switch / UBR All Type / WiFi : Power/CIPRI cable, GPS Connector, Antenna & LOS alignment,  etc

o  SMPS Maintenance : Rectifier Ventilation cleaning, LVD/BLVD setting check, Check All Parameters visible on NOC, Hardware Replacement - Rectifier, Controller, Communication

o  Battery Maintenance : Battery Discharge test, Voltage & abnormal temperature, Earthing & Power connection.

o  Earthing Maintenance : Earth pit Measurement and Maintenance, Record Voltage between Neutral & Earthing, Check earthing bonding at all points at site.

o  Overall hygiene of site

·      Replacing Faulty cards with Healthy Spares at site - Bring faulty Module from Site to CMP .

·      Providing data for Consumption booking in SAP - Related tasks as instructed by NOC Engineers Small cells, WIFI, IP, SMPS, Battery, Earthing & UBR Maintenance.

·      Should be well versed with basic Microsoft Office.
