Strong Lead – User Research & Analyst profile (behavioural/user/product/ux analytics)

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 10+ years of experience in Behavioral Data Analytics, User Research, or Product Insights, driving data-informed decision-making for B2C digital products (web and app).

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have 6 months+ experience in analyzing user journeys, clickstream, and behavioral data using tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, CleverTap, Firebase, or Amplitude.

Mandatory (Experience 3): Experience in leading cross-functional user research and analytics initiatives in collaboration with Product, Design, Engineering, and Business teams to translate behavioral insights into actionable strategies.

Mandatory (Skills 1): Strong expertise in A/B testing and experimentation, including hypothesis design, execution, statistical validation, and impact interpretation.

Mandatory (Skills 2): Ability to identify behavioral patterns, funnel drop-offs, engagement trends, and user journey anomalies using large datasets and mixed-method analysis.

Mandatory (Skills 3): Hands-on proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization/storytelling tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for executive reporting and dashboard creation.

Mandatory (Skills 4): Deep understanding of UX principles, customer journey mapping, and product experience design, with experience integrating qualitative and quantitative insights.

Mandatory (Company): B2C product organizations (fintech, e-commerce, edtech, or consumer platforms) with large-scale user datasets and analytics maturity.

Mandatory (Note): Don’t want data analysts; looking for strategic behavioral insight leaders or research-driven analytics professionals focused on user behavior and product decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a branding, marketing, or creative agency environment. Ideally 2-4 years
• Strong understanding of branding principles, design, and marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES?

• Driving the success of the software engineering team at Datamotive.

• Collaborating with senior and peer engineers to prioritize and deliver features on the roadmap.

• Build strong development team with focus on building optimized & usable solutions.

• Research, Design & Develop distributed solution to handle workload mobility across multi & hybrid clouds

• Assist in Identifying, Researching & Designing newer features and cloud platform support in areas of disaster recovery, data protection, workload migration etc.

• Assist in building product roadmap.

• Conduct pilot tests to assess the functionality of newly developed programs.

• Front facing customers for product introduction, knowledge transfer, solutioning, bugs triaging etc.

• Assist customers by giving product demos, conducting POCs, trainings etc.

• Manage Datamotive infrastructure, bring innovative automation for optimizing infrastructure usage through monitoring and scripting.

• Design test environments to simulate customer behaviours and use cases in VMware vSphere, AWS, GCP, Azure clouds.

• Help write technical documentation, generate marketing content like blogs, webinars, seminars etc.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• 3 – 8 years of experience in software development with relevant domain understanding of Data Protection, Disaster Recovery, Ransomware Recovery.

• A strong understanding and demonstrable experience with at least one of the major public cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure or VMware)

• A strong understanding and experience of designing and developing architecture of complex, distributed systems.

• Insights into development of client-server SaaS applications with good breadth across networking, storage, micro-services, and other web technologies.

• Experience of building and leading strong development teams with systems product development background

• Programming knowledge in either of GO Lang, C, C++, Python or Shell script.

• Should be a computer science graduate with strong fundamentals & problem-solving abilities.

• Good understanding of virtualization, storage and cloud platforms like VMware, AWS, GCP, Azure and/or Kubernetes will be preferable

• IND AS & IFRS based ESOP Accounting & Disclosures for clients, quarterly as well as yearly.
• Perform Business valuation for clients from various industries using appropriate model.
• Fair valuation of Options using Black & Scholes Model & Binomial Model.
• Prepare report on valuations, accounting & disclosures.
• Tracking revenue and raising Invoice on completion of assignments
• Maintaining Dashboards and MIS of assignments for Management
• Co-ordinating with Technology team for Bug fixing, Customizations, new developments
• Co-ordinating with Operations team for procurement and understanding client’s MIS
