Job Description: -

Conduct meetings and give product demonstration to the CXO level/ key decision makers of the prospective clients -

Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities

- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business

- Research and build relationships with new clients - Plan approaches and pitches

- Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance

- Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends

- Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence

- Develop creative promotional strategies to attract more customers

- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.

- Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately - Maintains relationship with clients & channel partner

- Willing to travel anywhere in India, if required

- To prepare sales proposals for prospective clients

. - Timely Reporting of daily, weekly, sales trackers and monthly reports. - Carry a comfortable back pack of demo kit for demonstration weighng upto 3 kgs.

Requiements/ Qualification:

- Strong Interpersonal and Presentation skills.

- Confident speaker and aility to engage key decision makers (CXO level) is be the key quality 2 sought in candidates.

- Candidates with proven work experience in Channel sales for products like CCTV, Video Door Phone, Access Door Control, etc (preferred)

- MBA (sales and Marketing would be preferred) with 1-2 years experience

- Must have 2 wheeler. Industry: IT-Hardware & Networking/ access control/ automation

1. Develop, and maintain Java applications using Core Java, Spring framework, JDBC, and threading concepts.
2. Strong understanding of the Spring framework and its various modules.
3. Experience with JDBC for database connectivity and manipulation
4. Utilize database management systems to store and retrieve data efficiently.
5. Proficiency in Core Java8 and thorough understanding of threading concepts and concurrent programming.
6. Experience in in working with relational and nosql databases.
7. Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure and GCP and gain experience on DevOps practices is added advantage.
8. Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
9. Perform debugging and troubleshooting of applications using log analysis techniques.
10. Understand multi-service flow and integration between components.
11. Handle large-scale data processing tasks efficiently and effectively.
12. Hands on experience using Spark is an added advantage.
13. Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
14. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex technical problems.
15. Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
16. Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to improve development processes continuously and methodologies

About You

• Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer with a strong background in React, Python, MongoDB, and AWS.
• Automated CI/CD: Experienced in implementing and managing automated CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and AWS Cloudformation.
• System Architecture: Skilled in architecting scalable solutions for systems at scale, leveraging caching strategies, messaging queues and async/await paradigms for highly performant systems
• Cloud-Native Expertise: Proficient in deploying cloud-native apps using AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, ECS), with a focus on serverless architectures to reduce overhead and boost agility..

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Preferably have a working experience of 2 Years and more , on production PostgreSQL DBs.
• Experience of working in a production support environment
• Engineering or Equivalent degree
