Technical:

01:- We know that you are going to apply anyway. But, we prefer some proven experience as a Project Manager in a software development environment.

02:- Experience with budget management and financial resource planning. Imagine our Finance Minister, but at a company level.

03:- Ability to effectively manage time and allocate resources, as if they are your own.

04:- Rockstar experience with project documentation and quality assurance.

05:- Familiarity with the latest technology trends and ability to foster innovation within a team.

06:- Knowledge of continuous improvement processes and learning strategies.

07:- Treat projects like your babies and deliver them on time, within budget.

• 5-7 years of web application and web site development with Drupal (corporate web sites, ecommerce sites, portals, mobile sites).
• 4+ years managing web application projects.
• Thorough understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (e.g. Requirements, Design, Development, Testing) and exposure to Agile or iterative SDLCs.
• Experience with one or more modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) React preferred
• Experience writing semantic, responsive HTML.
• Experience writing object-oriented PHP.
• Experience implementing web solutions in Drupal and PHP.
• Experience with Drupal’s theme layer.
• Experience with Drupal’s module system and experience writing or extending modules.
• Experience with Drupal’s Migrate framework.
• Experience with Drupal JavaScript behaviors.
• Experience with Acquia provided tooling and development workflows for Drupal 8/9 preferred.
• Experience implementing, accessibility standards (Section 508, WCAG).
• Experience with CSS preprocessors (Sass, Less).

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years’ experience building successful production software systems
• A solid grounding in Computer Science fundamentals (based on a BS or MS in CS or related field)
• The ability to take convert raw requirements into good design while exploring technical feasibility tradeoffs
• Expertise in System design (design patterns, LLD, HLD, Solid principle, OOAD, Distributed systems etc..), Architecture (MVC/Micro services).
• Good understanding of at least some of the modern programming languages (Java) and open-source technologies (C++, Python, Scala, C#, PHP, Ruby etc..)
• Excellence in technical communication
• Has experience in mentoring other software developers

Preferred Qualifications:

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience developing service oriented architectures and an understanding of design for scalability, performance and reliability
