Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Technical Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical engineering background, experience in B2B industrial sales, and the ability to build strong client relationships by offering tailored technical solutions. You will be responsible for the complete sales lifecycle—from pre-sales consultation to post-sales support—while working independently in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive pre-sales, sales, and post-sales processes for industrial equipment and technical solutions.
• Analyze customer needs, identify pain points, and propose appropriate customized technical solutions.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts while actively acquiring new clients.
• Deliver effective product presentations and live demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Develop and implement region-specific sales strategies to meet company revenue goals.
• Handle negotiations, prepare quotations, and close deals while ensuring optimal pricing and contract terms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and marketing efforts.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products and enhance brand visibility.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in sectors like material handling equipment, storage solutions, air compressors, or industrial automation.
• Strong knowledge of CRM tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development of a Single Page Application (SPA) and it's components in Typescript: deployed and optimized for progressive mobile and browsers using Angular 2 and Ionic 2 frameworks.
• Creating custom, general use modules and smart components which extend the elements and modules of core Angular framework.
• Creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components in Typescript and using responsive HTML and CSS.
• Architecting and automating the build process for production, using task runners or scripts.
• Writing non-blocking code, and resorting to advanced techniques such as multi-threading, when needed

Skills and Qualifications:

• Should have experience with CSS 3, SCSS, Java script and HTML5.
• Full-time knowledge of Angular practices and commonly used modules based on extensive work experience. Or 2 Year or more experience with other industry-leading frameworks like React.
• Minimum 1-year experience in working and extending one of the CSS or UI frameworks like Ng-lightening, Angular-material

Training –

Also, should be fully conversant with 12th level Mathematics and Physics concepts (such as Vector, Coordinate System, Matrices, Quaternion etc.) used in game programming

Specific Skill Set :

-  Strong working knowledge and experience of C#, C++ & Game engine (Unity3D, unreal engine, Cocos2d etc…) its application in game development is must & required (training, working experience)

-    Very strong knowledge of OOP’s concept (Such as Encapsulation, Inheritance, polymorphism etc.), programming logics & Algorithms is mandatory

-     Thorough with Mathematics, Physics & its Concepts (such as Vector, Coordinate System, Matrices, Quaternion etc.)

-      Good communicator (both oral and written) in English

-      Self-motivated, initiator and results-oriented

-      Should demonstrate positive attitude, high motivation and interpersonal skills

The Role

Required Skills and Experience

• Acquired strong proven professional Front End Development experience.
• Proven track record and experience working on Javascript and front end frameworks like React (preferred) and Angular
