Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAO Orchestration / Cisco NSO Engineer with strong expertise in network automation, service orchestration, and software development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop network service orchestration solutions using Cisco NSO.
• Develop and maintain YANG-based service models.
• Build network automation workflows using Python.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs for network and service orchestration.
• Work with Kubernetes (K8s) and containerized environments.
• Automate network configuration and service provisioning across multi-vendor environments.
• Integrate orchestration platforms with network devices and external systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network automation and orchestration.
• Collaborate with network, software, and infrastructure teams.

Vista Plus Development & Engineering – Production Support

We are looking for an experienced Vista Plus professional to provide production support, health monitoring, and operational governance for enterprise reporting and document archival platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide production support and health-check monitoring.
• Perform Linux administration and Shell scripting.
• Handle application installation and upgrades in Linux environments.
• Manage file systems and production issues.
• Support Incident, Change, and Problem Management in line with ITIL practices.
• Work with basic Oracle/database concepts.
• Maintain documentation and operational governance.

• Reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Linux systems
• Perform incident, escalation, and change management independently

• Apply security patches, monitor environments for compliance, and handle disaster recovery planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to resolve complex technical issues
• Lead and manage projects related to Knowledge Transfer (KT), Transition, and SOP creation
• Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and maintain high service levels

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and administering all Linux flavors
• Experience with Linux vulnerability assessment and mitigation
• Knowledge of Redhat Satellite, Oracle Linux Ksplice, Cluster Services, and Oracle RAC clusters
• Familiarity with SAN technologies, HP Blade Servers, Rackmount Servers, and Virtual Connect OS
• Disaster recovery planning and DR testing experience
• Experience in routine performance analysis, capacity planning, and security audits
• Proficiency with HPE Service Guard cluster on RHEL

Eligibility & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise technical support
• Certifications like RHCE, Oracle Enterprise Linux, ITIL are a plus
