In order to achieve the mission, ILSS has a 2 pronged approach:

- Bringing talent from across sectors into leadership and board positions in the social sector

Position Summary:

ILSS is looking to hire a Director to lead the Sales & Outreach vertical. The role would be responsible for building relationships within corporates as well as leading social sector organizations and achieving target intake of high quality candidates for various programs.

  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve targets for trained numbers across programs and expand our customer base
  • Sensitize senior corporate leaders about social sector awareness. Position Own and hit/exceed annual targets for all training programs
  • Partner with customers (Corporates and Social Sector Organizations) to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with target organizations
