Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Configure Salesforce environments with custom objects, validation rules, flows, workflow rules, and process builders.
- Build and manage complex integrations with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Write efficient and scalable Apex classes, triggers, and batch jobs.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and release cycles using Git and version control tools.
- Ensure data integrity, troubleshoot issues, and manage data migrations as required.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Owners, QA, UI/UX teams, and fellow developers to deliver features and enhancements.
- Uphold and contribute to best coding practices, documentation, and technical design.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3 to 8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Aura, LWC, and Visualforce.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce declarative tools: Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Workflow Rules.
- Demonstrated expertise in building and consuming Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP).
