Junior Product Manager

Location: Mumbai (Looking for Mumbai-based candidates)

Responsibilities:

• Act as the bridge between business users and the development team to define and develop product features aligned with business requirements.
• Coordinate closely with internal engineering teams and client product teams.
• Create and manage release plans for product updates and new releases.
• Draft detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for internal use.
• Communicate client requirements effectively to the engineering team.
• Understand technical architecture and system workflows.
• Interpret product flows conveyed by the client and ensure accurate relay to the engineering team.
• Ensure changes implemented by the internal team are correct and aligned with requirements; suggest improvements where necessary.
• Take full product ownership and act as the single point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of Financial Markets and Derivatives Markets.
• Proficiency in Figma and JIRA.
• Proven experience in drafting PRDs.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Candidates from the FinTech domain preferred — must possess strong market knowledge and familiarity with financial products, trading systems, and market operations.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
• Handle employee documentation and compliance
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Address and resolve employee grievances
• Support day-to-day HR operations

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year experience in HR / Recruitment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and compliance 

• Connect and integrate Tableau with Salesforce Data Cloud as a primary data source
• Handle large datasets from Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce Core Cloud, ensuring efficient query performance
• Implement of row-level security (RLS) and data governance.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data Modeling, DLOs, DMOs) and Permission Sets.
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies between Salesforce Data Cloud and Tableau outputs
• Understanding Salesforce objects (Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, User, Job Card, Invoice)
• handling different data granularities (lead, opportunity, aggregated targets)

Understanding CRM analytics and customer lifecycle metrics

5 to 9 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE development and implementation.

Strong experience with CRM customization, including entity customization, views, forms, workflows, business rules, and dashboards.

Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Web API for plugin and custom workflow development.

Experience with CRM integration tools such as KingswaySoft, Scribe, or custom integrations.

Knowledge of Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate) is a plus.

Hands-on experience with CRM data migration and ETL tools.

Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Self-driven – should be able to independently work towards the business objective.
