Summary/Objective:

The primary objective of hiring a Project Coordinator is to efficiently manage customer data, oversee project development, and ensure the successful deployment of websites. The role involves collaborating with various teams, handling customer feedback, and maintaining high-quality website deliverables.

Responsibilities/Duties:

1.   Customer Data and Project Management:

·        Effectively manage customer data and all the related information.

·        Ensure accurate documentation and organization of work flow details.

·        Collaborate with the Design team for creating mockups and visuals.

·        Communicate design concepts and seek customer approval via email correspondence.

2.   Development and Progress Tracking:

·        Liaise with the Development team to facilitate smooth task flow.

·        Monitor and track work progress, ensuring adherence to timelines.

·        Verify websites to ensure alignment with customer requirements.

3.   Testing and Quality Assurance:

·        Coordinate with the Testing Department to assess task status and identify bugs.

·        Collaborate with team members to address and resolve identified issues.

·        Ensure rigorous testing to maintain high-quality website deliverables.

4.   Customer Engagement and Feedback:

·        Deliver beta versions of websites to customers for review and feedback.

·        Collaborate with team members to implement customer-suggested changes to beta websites.

·        Act as a point of contact for customer feedback and promptly address their concerns.

·        Need to communicate with customers over email for their concerns and changes

5.   Website Deployment and Live Process:

·        Manage the transition from beta to live website by following customer approvals.

·        Oversee the live website deployment process, ensuring a seamless transition.

·        Implement customer-requested changes post-approval, ensuring a polished final product.

6. Product Management:

·        Effectively manage and Upload customer and vendor product information.

·        Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate representation of products on the website.

·        Update and maintain product details to provide up-to-date information to customers.

7. Website Maintenance and Continuous Improvement:

·        Facilitate day-to-day website changes and improvements to enhance user experience.

·        Proactively identify opportunities for website optimization and suggest improvements.

1.Deliver targets for digital business as aligned with Management in AOP across lending, devices and consumer products (postpe and payback) within CAC/RoAs objectives. Current contribution is upwards of 30% for 400 crore monthly disbursals and 90%+ on consumer products (600cr+ monthly TPV and 80cr annual digital marketing budget)

2.Lead the agenda of product led growth initiatives across business lines that drive long term growth.

3.Come up with plans/initiatives to improve funnel conversion rates across products on a monthly basis leading to revenue/cost impact.

4.Manage merchant retention and actively design programs by working closely with product/engg teams to re-activate churned merchants.

5.Continuously drive efficiency in digital paid marketing channels (atleast 10% QoQ) managing annual budgets of 100+ crore across performance marketing and brand building

6.Be on top of new developments in digital marketing/attribution ecosystem and pilot testing new channels of growth for company, atleast 1 in quarter.

Job Overview:

We are a white label digital agency seeking a proactive and experienced QA Lead to oversee and enhance the quality assurance process for web development projects built on WordPress, Shopify, and BigCommerce. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience leading QA teams, conducting in-depth manual testing, implementing process improvements, and working with modern automation and AI-driven testing tools. Experience with platforms like Percy, Applitools, Playwright, and Katalon Studio is highly preferred. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage rapid turnaround tasks without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the QA team across multiple CMS and e-commerce platforms including WordPress, Shopify, BigCommerce, and GoHighLevel CRM.
• Perform manual QA for website builds, custom functionalities, eCommerce flows, landing pages, and third-party integrations.
• Create and manage test plans, test cases, and QA reports for tasks including functional, UI/UX, and responsive testing.
• Oversee quality checks for content migrations, plugin/theme updates, form validations, checkout flows, and website audits.
• Implement and refine scalable QA processes and SOPs tailored to high-volume web delivery environments.
• Collaborate with developers and project managers to align QA checkpoints with development goals.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in web-based QA with a primary focus on WordPress, Shopify, and/or BigCommerce websites.
• Proven experience testing WordPress sites built with ACF, Elementor/WPBakery, custom themes, and third-party plugins.
• Strong grasp of Shopify functionality, theme customization, and store backend processes.
• Hands-on experience with website QA audits, cross-browser/device compatibility checks, and responsive design validation.
• Experience in team leadership, task delegation, and QA delivery ownership.
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM testing is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively on high-priority, quick turnaround projects.
