Business Analyst

POSITION OVERVIEW 

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Sales Head to lead business growth in the luxury outdoor furniture segment. This role requires a strong leader with proven expertise in project-based sales, particularly within hospitality, high-end residential, and commercial spaces. The ideal candidate will bring a consultative sales approach, a strong industry network, and the ability to drive revenue while building long-term strategic relationships.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Business Development & Revenue Growth: Drive new business opportunities across luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial segments    

 • Key Account Management: Build and nurture relationships with architects, interior designers, PMC consultants, real estate developers, and hotel procurement teams 

• Project Sales Ownership: Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation and client engagement to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure 

• Market Expansion: Identify new markets, channels, and partnerships to scale the brand presence

• Pipeline & Forecasting: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, track opportunities, and provide accurate revenue forecasts 

• Brand Representation: Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums 

• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and drive performance of the sales team; establish clear KPIs and accountability 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Experience: 5–10 years in project sales within furniture, outdoor furniture, luxury home décor, or interior solutions 

• Industry Exposure: Strong experience in hospitality, luxury residential, or commercial project sales 

 • Network: Established relationships within the architecture, design, and hospitality ecosystem 

• Skills: Strong negotiation and closing ability; excellent communication and presentation skills; strategic thinking with execution focus 

• Traits: Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment 

• Mobility: Willingness to travel within the assigned region

 QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory) 

• MBA in Marketing or related field (preferred)

Desired Candidate Profile:-

• At least three years’ experience with:
  • Writing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Being up on latest practices is a must, e.g., HTML5, CSS3, and ECMAScript 6 (minimum)
  • A relevant back-end programming language ( e.g.Python, Ruby or JavaScript )
  • Database design and management, including being up on the latest practices and associated versions
  • Server management and deployment for the relevant environment
• Familiarity with a relevant and globally supported framework—both front-end and back-end, if necessary—( e.g., React, Vue or Angular)
• Ideally, familiarity with CSS preprocessors, bundlers, and associated languages/syntaxes/libraries ( e.g., Sass, Less, and webpack )
• Thorough understanding of user experience and possibly even product strategy
• Experience implementing testing platforms and unit tests
• Proficiency with Git 
• Appreciation for clean and well documented code

• 2+ year of experience in Development in JAVA technology.
• Strong Java Basics
• SpringBoot or Spring MVC
• Hands on experience on Relationl Databases (SQL query or Hibernate) + Mongo (JSON parsing)
• Proficient in REST API development

• 4+ years of experience in using Java/J2EE tech stacks

• Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
• Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
• Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
• Assist in the daily banking requirements.
• Ensure the accurate and timely processing of pay transactions.
• Ensure the monthly and quarterly Statutory Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Supports budget and forecasting activities.
• Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Responds to inquiries from the CEO & COO
• To ensure a clean and timely year end audit.
• To ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.
• Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.
• Highlight the issues immediately to the CEO & COO

Experience & Skills:

• 4-5 years of experience having thorough knowledge of Audit, Finalization of Accounts, Balance sheet, PL Account
• Proven work experience as a GST.
• Wellverse with Tally, ERP.
• Computer literacy (MS Excel, Word etc.) Familiar with accounting software packages. Experience in IDS preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
