Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Develop and maintain high-quality Android applications using Kotlin programming language.
• Design, build and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable code.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
• Work with external data sources and APIs.
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Android development using Kotlin.
• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, Android UI design principles, and Material Design.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML.
• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
• Understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.
• Familiarity with continuous integration.
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming, software design patterns and algorithms.

Job Summary:

We are seeking 3D Modelling Interns to join our asset production team. The successful candidates will work closely with our asset production team to create 3D models of retail products. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in 3D modelling software, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with production team members to create accurate 3D models of retail products.
• Use 3D modelling software, preferably Blender 3D to create, modify, and refine 3D models.
• Ensure that the 3D models are accurate, detailed, and realistic.
• Test and evaluate 3D models to ensure they meet design and asset production requirements
• Work as part of a production team to ensure that projects are completed on time.
• Communicate progress and issues effectively with the asset production teams.
• Participate in reviews and provide feedback to improve the asset production process.
• Continuously learn and improve 3D modelling skills and techniques.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a degree / certificate program in a relevant field such as Industrial Design, Product Design, or 3D Modelling.
• Strong knowledge of 3D modelling in Blender or similar modelling software. If not proficient in Blender, training will be provided.
• UV mapping and texturing skills are highly desirable.
• Knowledge of PBR texture workflow is preferred but not required.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-End ownership of retention programs and processes across a variety of direct-to-customer channels – Outbound & Inbound, Manual / Assisted (tele-calling, visits) & Automated (including email, SMS, push notifications, merchandising and other new upcoming digital mediums)
• Conceptualizing, building, executing and analyzing retention programs, making continuous improvements based on performance, trends, and insights via tests and iterative optimization
• Generate deep insights about customers that increase their retention, root-cause & predict churn and lead to inventing new ways to delight and retain customers. Will include conducting primary & secondary customer research

Desired Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputed institute. 6-8 years of overall experience with 5+ years of relevant work experience in lifecycle marketing in consumer products / services
• Demonstrate result orientation and high Bias for action. The candidate must have strong operational experience and be willing to get hands dirty.
• Proven track-record of managing and delivering marketing programs identifying customer actions and conversions for each stage and achieving those KPIs
