We are looking for a Social Media Manager Assistant who lives and breathes social platforms and trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing daily social media posts
• Contribute fresh, quirky content ideas aligned with brand tone
• Coordinate with influencers and assist during content shoots
• Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and platform changes
• Support the team with content calendars and basic reporting
• Communicate with clients

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of Instagram, youtube and other social platforms
• Quick thinker with a creative and trend-aware mindset
• Good command over Hindi and English (written & spoken)
• Comfortable working on-ground during shoots
• Prior experience or internships in social media is a plus

WordPress: As a WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging and responsive websites using WordPress. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality web solutions that align with our goal.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins, ensuring responsive design and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to convert designs into functional websites while maintaining visual and brand consistency.
• Customize and extend existing WordPress functionalities to meet specific project requirements.
• Optimize website performance, including page load times, user experience, and mobile responsiveness.
• Debug and troubleshoot website issues and implement timely solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
• Experience with responsive design principles and frameworks.
• Solid understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Backend Developer

Qualification: B.Tech./MCA, BCA in Computer Science or equivalent

Experience:     3 - 6 Years

Skills Required:

• Must Have: Java, Spring/ springboot
• Any 2 (Must) out of the below mentioned list :

1. JPA/Hibernate
2. Messaging queue/Kafka/SQS/distributed message/SNS/JMS
3. NOSQL/ Aerospike/ Reddis /Cassendra
4. Microservices

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Technical design, implementation, deployment, and support.
• Partner with Business Analysts to review and implement business

requirements.

• Perform development and unit testing, working closely with Business.
• Mentors and oversees development of resources, including reviewing designs and performing code reviews.
• Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
• Developing high - volume, low - latency applications for mission - critical systems and delivering high - availability and performance
• Should have experience of working on Core Java/J2EE & OOPS concept
• Should be well versed with Spring/Struts & Apache Came l (OSGI Framework)
• Should have a good understanding of Hibernate and Other ORMs
• Should have an understanding of working on Web Service (SOAP/REST) and Maven
• Build tool such as Jenkins
• Caching Technique(Radis, Hazlecast, Aerospike)
• Database Knowledge- Oracle, MySQL

• Should have expert level knowledge to Design, Develop and test Web Apps with Angular versions 6 and above.
• Primary Skills – Angular6+, HTML, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Node JS as backend will be advantage
• Knowledge of Mongo, MySql will be advantage
• Highly skilled at front-end engineering using Object-Oriented JavaScript, TypeScript, various JavaScript,TypeScript patterns and frameworks.
• Should have experience in publishing and consuming Services using REST API
• Excellent time-management, multi-tasking, and communication skills. Capable of handling multiple projects and related complexities at the same time.
