ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Leadership & Team Management: Leads the SOC team providing clear direction, fostering teamwork and collaboration. Regularly assesses the strengths and weaknesses of team members, providing mentoring, coaching, and opportunities for growth.
