Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development team in building and maintaining complex web applications using NestJS and NextJS.

• Architect and design scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and deploy new features.

• Conduct code reviews and ensure the team follows best practices.

• Mentor junior developers and help them grow their skills.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

• Strong experience with NestJS and NextJS.

• Strong experience in front-end technologies such as ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Strong experience in backend technologies such as NodeJS and RESTful APIs.

• Experience in database technologies such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL.

• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

• Good understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in working in Agile environments.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.

IT Project Manager – Team Lead 

About the position:- 

Responsibilities as a Project Manager:

• Stakeholder management, Budget management.
• · Merck specific Processes for project execution.
• Like Risk, info class, IT security etc.
• · Client communication and updates.
• · Daily monitoring and follow-up with development, testing, implementation teams for status update.
• · Project planning, estimation and scheduling the task/assignment for team. · Single point of contact for any other teams.
• · Close monitoring of allocation and utilization.
• · Status reporting to LT and stakeholders. ·
• Responsible for testing and releases. Coding standard and Documentation for project.
• · Responsible for Change and Risk management for the project.

Key responsibilities for WordPress:

• Design and develop custom WordPress themes and templates, ensuring they are responsive and visually appealing.
• Customize and extend the functionality of WordPress websites by developing and integrating plugins as per project requirements.
• Implement responsive web design principles, optimize website performance, and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Set up and manage WordPress content, including text, images, videos, and other media, ensuring content is well-structured and user-friendly.
• Monitor and enhance website security, as well as optimize website performance through caching, image optimization, and other techniques.
• Tailor WordPress sites to meet client or project-specific requirements, including custom post types, taxonomies, and advanced functionality.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure websites are error-free and function correctly across different devices and browsers.
• Collaborate closely with clients or project stakeholders to understand their objectives and provide solutions that meet their needs.
• Maintain clear and organized documentation for WordPress configurations, custom code, and plugin usage.

Qualification required for WordPress:

• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing WordPress projects.
• Proficiency in WordPress theme and plugin development.
• Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP skills.
• Understanding of web design principles and responsive design techniques.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.

• experience in algorithm development with a focus on signal processing, pattern recognition, machine learning, classification, data mining, and other areas of machine intelligence.
• Ability to analyse data streams from multiple sensors and develop algorithms to extract accurate and meaningful sport metrics.
• Should have a deeper understanding of IMU sensors and Biosensors like HRM, ECG
• A good understanding on Power and memory management on embedded platform

•  Expertise in the design of multitasking, event-driven, real-time firmware using C and understanding of RTOS concepts
• Knowledge of Machine learning, Analytical and methodical approaches to data analysis and verification and Python
• Prior experience on fitness algorithm development using IMU sensor

• Should be able to handle softwares like Illustrator & Photoshop for creating / resizing layouts, and image editing.
  Basic indesign knowledge would be an add on to make edits in the collaterals.
• Understanding the brand guidelines to select colours, imageries, and types.
• Understanding specifications such as dimensions, colour codes & resolution of images if required for print.

The ideal candidate is a highly resourceful and innovative developer with extensive knowledge in the layout, design and coding of websites specifically in PHP format. You must also possess a strong knowledge of web application development using PHP programming language and MySQL Server databases.
